Bloody and cruel story of toys

[h1]The only cruel story is how this game got on Steam.[/h1] I hate to be "that guy" all the time, but when you can't even beat the first level with a poorly explained sidescroller shooter hybrid, then you know something is wrong. You play as a yellow teddy bear fighting pink teddy bears, UFOs, and Bowser-ish turtles that jump and spit fire...but that's as far as I got. (Up to the giant ball to be precise) So, what's so bad to get me in a tizzy? Well, you start by standing in an awkward pose and having to jump over a p*nis shaped tower. After that, you get pink teddies firing off 100% accurate shots every second. What the game tells you is that Left, Down, and Right fire...what it doesn't tell you is that left is your actual gun, right is your grenade, and down is whatever 3rd attack you're supposed to get. Given what I've experienced, $5 is not a justifiable price and fair tweaks would need to be made (I know it's a "hardcore shooter", but [i]Double Dragon[/i] and [i]Battletoads[/i] is more fair than [i]BLoody and cruel story of toys[/i]. No, I didn't enjoy any bit of this game and would only recommend this game if you want to punish someone...maybe your child for lying about doing his/her homework and forcing him/her to play it while you watch? 0/10 Didn't make it past the first level. Didn't enjoy it one bit.

Bloody and cruel story of toys is an asset flip tier 2D platformer/shooter where you control a toy and shoot other toys while jumping around a poorly made facsimile of a childrens playroom. The graphics are really bad and low effort, the controls are janky. If you own a HOTAS, racing wheel etc then the game will be unplayable as it maps these as if they were a console peasant gamepad. Very poor quality game, not worth $6. Bloody and cruel story of failed video game dev wannabes.

This is a terrible game so terrible that it's impossible to beat the first level the game gets even wose once you realise how much it costs.At most this is a half baked idea of an asset flip. I wouldn't even buy this game if it was 5 cents good thing I got it in a ebay bundle with a bunch of other equally horrible games for around $3 I still feel ripped off though.
