Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
13 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 13: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

いいゲームだった(笑)
I love this game. It has unique squad control mechanics that give it a special charm. I love the Dynasty Warriors Empires games, but this game gives me the tactical and strategic feel i wish those games had. If you go into a mission as France and conquer 90% of the mission map, your English missions will have to deal with your pervious actions there. It may not be for everyone, especially people that like hack and slash. You're not a one man army, your the strongest mercenary that can lead almost any unit type and squad. You can unlock more playable mercenary slots that add more strategy and control over the map and missions with the hot swap mechanic. I really hope Koei Tecmo make another game in this vein. It is not a Hack and Slash like the Dynasty Warriors games. Positives: More Strategic gameplay. Units have advantages and disadvantages against other units, you'll have to swap squads unless you over-leveled like crazy. Customization Heavy. Game still holds up. Interesting Setting. And a Break from the normal formula. It is not a Hack and Slash like the Dynasty Warriors games. Oddly immersive world and cutscenes. Negatives: Very simple controls, hold down button auto-fight simple. Combat is also janky, like you have to position yourself properly and hope the enemy doesn't move too much as you're locked into swinging. According to other reviews it's a bad port, but i didn't play the original to confirm that. The gameplay gets repetitive, which is historically accurate for this conflict. Movement can be slow if not a mounted unit. Easy to over-level the one unit that makes the game boring and easy. IMPORTANT* It is not a Hack and Slash like the Dynasty Warriors games.
It's a shame I have to give this a thumbs down, because I did enjoy it for a while, but it just loses its grip on what it's trying to do. As others have said, it very easy to make your preferred unit type (for me it's sword and shield) ridiculously overpowered. So easy, in fact, that you'd have to actively go out of your way to try and prevent it happening. Once it does happen, any pretence of being tactical goes out the window and the game becomes just massing up your big ball of superhumans and flattening everything. The tactical part doesn't really work even if you didn't make your own squad super powerful. You can send your secondary squads off to attack or defend different targets independently of you, but I've never seen them actually survive a mission. If you're not there personally they just get massacred, even if they're a much higher level than the enemies they're fighting. Bladestorm wants to be a tactical game but bungles its tactical aspects. That leaves you with the "running around and brawling" part, but between how easy it is to accidentally become very overpowered an the fact that every mission is essentially the same, it soon becomes very dull. I kept going for probably 12 hours after I started feeling bored with the game, to see if I could find a way of playing it that would revive the fun of the early hours, but no. There are good ideas here, and it's charming in a goofy sort of way, but it just doesn't work all that well as a game - and it's far too long considering how early on it breaks down.
!!!!!!!!!!dont buy if you dont have a controler!!!!!!!!!!!!! keyboard is a nightmare. now. love how simple it is. but becase its so simple its not worth 60$ i bought it with a 75% discount... i recommand you do so too. old game but golden. slow. but your a commander of a single platoon. im at a point where i can use a nother commander the same time twise the accomplishment. power in numbers. you start weak 5 to 10 people with you...you chose your fights...but easly enought you level up upgrade and you find what you like to use...i didnt find myself changing my platoon. i chose what i like and go.... it does have this rock papaer scissors but i didnt find it true...think rich range and historicly....long weapons easy to use. short weapons more dangerous. anything else is stupid. this is why i love this game so much....befor you know it youll have a level 50 platoon vs level 20. with 30 people or more. even with a disadvantage you can combine your two commanders units and be invinsable with 40 to 60 soldiers 20-30 one type and another 20-30 of other type. and you can switch on a fly between the but you cover less range... so you do get this powerful combo for power hungry people..or you can strategies and use different plattons for the rock paper scissors stuff. i realy love this game for how simple it is. i wish more games were as simple as this one is. you are litterly chose yourself how hard you want it to be with your actions.....there is an online option for shering commanders and using other people commanders i didnt use it......remind me of the dragon dogma pions mechanic.
