Для начала - можно почитать мануал. Документ солидный (20 страниц), сделан канонично, как в олдскульных компьютерных играх. Залез в настройки и они внезапно порадовали. Здесь можно установить важные параметры: - Будет ли работать правило 17 очков для дилера. - Сколько колод будет участвовать в игре (от одной до шести). Запускаем игру и перемещаемся за стол. Сначала глаза разбегаются, но, по сути, всё просто. Игра идёт против дилера. Делаем ставку, все получают свои карты, как и положено, т.е. игрок - две открытых, дилер - одну открытую, одну закрытую. На основании полученной информации делаем дальнейшие ходы: - Оставляем как есть. - Просим еще карту. - Просим карту с удвоением ставки. Просить можно сколько угодно карт либо до выигрыша/ничьей либо до перебора у игрока или дилера. Важные моменты: - Правило 17 очков означает, что при наборе такого количества или больше - дилер перестаёт набирать. - Сыгранные карты уходят в отбой и дальнейшая игра происходит оставшимися. Немного не понял когда происходит перемешивание карт и возврат колоды из отбоя. Чисто гипотетически - когда уже не хватает карт для очередной сдачи, либо по достижению некоего минимального количества в сдаче. - Делаются ставки фишками, от условных 50 "центов" до 10к "долларов". Изначально на счёте 1000 "долларов". Имеются разнообразные доски лидеров (5 видов). Это также немного способствует более вдумчивой игре. За победы получаем опыт и набираем уровни. Что это даёт не совсем понял, но возможно переход между лигами, которых также несколько, судя по таблицам лидеров. Ну и напоследок. В руководствах к игре лежит очень правильная табличка, которая поможет считать вероятности и карты. Если вам нравятся карточные игры - навык весьма нужный, например, я его освоил не в совершенстве, но даже частично работающий он очень полезен (однажды играли втроём в подкидного дурака 3 или 4 часа и ни разу не проиграл, чисто на знаниях - какие карты на руках у оппонентов + психология) . Играть с таким инструментом - практически читерство. Рассмотрим плюсы и минусы игры, подведем итоги. [h1] ПЛЮСЫ: [/h1] + Хорошее музыкальное и звуковое сопровождение. Много приятных мелодий. + Детально расписаны правила игры, пусть и в мануале + это вызвало желание изучить их еще лучше, почитав сторонние материалы. + Чисто по личным впечатлениям и расчётам - компьютер не жульничает в свою пользу. Отметил это в плюсах потому, что, по опыту игры в другие карты, частенько он-таки жульничает. + Игра динамичная, имея совсем немного времени можно сыграть несколько партеек. + Хорошая таблица в руководствах для тренировки счёта карт. [h1] ТО, ЧТО МОЖЕТ БЫТЬ КАК ПЛЮСОМ ТАК И МИНУСОМ: [/h1] +- Очень простая, но приемлемая для олдскульных глаз графика. Лично меня она устроила. Но в 2022году хотелось бы чего-то более удобного и симпатичного. [h1] МИНУСЫ: [/h1] - Игра идёт с небольшими паузами. Они несколько напрягают, т.к. не совсем ясно, это игра зависла или это просто такая пауза или тебе что-то нажать надо. - Иногда (редко) компьютер ведет себя не логично. По правилам Блэкджека - карты открыты для всех игроков. Я специально сделал перебор. Так комп давай тоже перебирать, хотя занимал очевидно выигрышную позицию и в итоге я выиграл... Пробовал повторить - комп уже нормально играл. Но даже разово такое поведение странное. - Нет русской локализации хотя бы текста. Мануал многословен, а правила игры достаточно простые, поэтому знания английского требуются минимальные. [h1] ВЫВОДЫ [/h1] Перед нами карточная игра в Блэкджек в исполнении "против казино". Визуально игра получилась так себе, а вот к технической части, в плане соблюдения и изучения правил, вариаций игры (правило 17, количество колод, удвоение ставок, таблица счёта карт), подошли хорошо. The game looks nice and has ok music that gets repetitive after a while. Here are the worst things about the game that need to be fixed. Dealer does not automatically deal you another card after splitting. In standard blackjack, after you split a pair you get dealt another card for each hand and can then double down. In this game after you split nothing happens and you can either hit your single card or double down on a single card which you would (almost) never do. I swear to you there is still a glitch when adjusting your chips that just make your money disappear. Also if you place down a 1k chip and then any other value chip like 5 100% chips (1500$ total) and then add another 1k chip to the stack so that it is 2500$, you still lose the 2500$ from your bank, but you only get payed out as if you had only bet 2000$ the table max. Another way the game just makes your money vanish. Finally, there is no way to specify how long the deck gets played before it gets reshuffled. On a 6 deck game, it feels like the dealer is shuffling way too soon and frequently leaving many decks untouched before shuffling. I wish there was a way to increase the deck penetration because currently the deck penetration is very bad for the 6 deck game. The splitting issue needs to be fixed and it is the most annoying to me personally as I cant play the standard game of blackjack that I am used to and that everyone else plays. The game has the potential to be good but the issues I mentioned make it a not recommended game by me. If the issues I mentioned were fixed I would recommend this game to other people, especially the splitting issue.

Not a lot of Blackjack games on Steam so I was pleasantly surprised to see this game come out recently. Great for practice, killing time, etc. Great music as well! Game has a lot of potential due to its unique art style, music and aesthetic. Can't go wrong with this purchase especially considering the price.

I hit big, lost it all and then had to relocate and change identity to avoid the loan sharks I owed huge debts to! Blackjack is great fun!

The best Blackjack on Steam!

Love the aesthetic and for the most part a very accurate blackjack game. Also has a fair few options such as number of decks etc. However insurance should only be available when the dealer shows an Ace, but here it is when the dealer has a ten upcard too. When splitting the player is not given a second card for each hand straight away as in real blackjack, instead having to hit to get a second card. If these two minor issues are fixed the game will be an 8.5/10 from me, as it is I give it a borderline recommendation and a 7/10.

The game has a cool aesthetic and soundtrack. There's a leveling system that increases the amount you can withdraw from your bank account. Withdrawing is delayed for a period of time after each transaction. Overall, it doesn't convey a faithful portrayal of blackjack. I think the dev has done some good work here, so not worthy of a downvote. Resolving some/all of the issues below would really take this game to the next level. Here are some caveats for Blackjack enthusiasts: The dealer offers insurance when upcard is Ten/Jack/King/Queen. Insurance should only be offered when dealer upcard is an Ace. This slows down gameplay a lot, because you have to decline insurance on every face card the dealer draws. Typically, if the dealer shows 10, they merely peek then reveal blackjack if they have it. The only table config options are Dealer Hit Soft 17 and number of decks (1, 2, 4, 6). Pays for Five-Card Charlie, with no config option for this. Doesn't automatically stand when the player hits to 21. Splitting requires you to hit the additional card, the dealer should automatically deal a new card to each hand. Lacks a rebet feature, you have to pick chips and press "READY" every hand. You can go into negative balance when withdrawing cash from ATM. With careful placement of chips, you can exceed the 2k table limit and it will pay you. e.g., placing smaller chips until you reach 1999 will allow you to place 1k chip last in order to bet 2999. It does correctly calculate any split and double down bets thereafter, and pays the hands the right amount on wins. Betting doesn't work correctly all the time. chips will animate and be placed on the bet pile, but the bet amount doesn't change. I can't be certain, but I think I've been over/underpaid from time to time. Coloring of chips up/down is awkward and not automatic on pays, so it can be hard to tell.

I bought this to practice blackjack before going to a casino for the first time, ended the night with a profit of $3.50. This game paid for itself. Also the vibe of this game is immaculate. I hope the dev expands on it at some point in the future.

Easy and fun to put on in-between work etc. 100% worth it
