[h1]Gameplay[/h1] Spam attacks, kill this or that, and go on fetch-quests until reaching the end of your journey. At your disposal are basic and magic attacks, the latter of which I nearly never used. As magic provides automated, high-damage, homing attacks, I felt it a no-brainer to [i]forget the sword exists.[/i] As you gain experience, you can upgrade your defensive or offensive abilities, further augmenting them with craftable items. Many enemies drop materials, which can be combined to create the best gear in the game (free of charge!) There is a main questline to follow, in addition to many sidequests to provide income and player "rank-ups". Though the quests are samey, I strongly recommend that you do them — as enemies become increasingly spongy, you'll need every level-up you can get. Her journey begins with her complete arrogance, taking on "quests" well beyond her skill level to prove herself. Little does she know, her world will be turned upside down as she become entangled in a plot to revive the legendary Quatro, a malevolent being eager to smite humankind. She can't fight him alone, and among her allies are her own mistress, a runaway gladiator, and a lone paladin. Interestingly, there are no adjustable user-preferences from the titlescreen. [i]Stupidly,[/i] there is no way adjust audio anywhere in the game (forcing me to whip out my trusty Windows Volume Mixer.) I recognize many of the in-game assets and the user-interface from at least two other action-RPGs I have played, but [b]Black Knight - Milena[/b] possesses a higher level of polish. I wouldn't be surprised if most, if not all of the assets are premade; if they are, this is using premade assets [b]done right.[/b] The game looks great, and the use of hand-drawn images make [b]Black Knight - Milena[/b] feel like an original experience. [b]- The Goods-[/b] There are eight static CGs, each showing the protagonist in distress (either by agonizing death or BDSM). They are reserved for the "game over" screens, making defeat [i]not as bad[/i] (as long as you don't lose more than once in each stage.) The artwork is good, though I was disappointed by the lack of variant CGs and sexual content. [h1]Verdict[/h1] I definitely recommend this game! However, I'd consider waiting for a light sale. [b]Black Knight - Milena[/b] is a little rough around the edges, and if you're already familiar with the engine it's based upon it's easy to exploit the game. Though I've played games that play nearly identical, this is a competent, somewhat polished game. I had a lot of fun ([i]most of the time[/i]), and I deeply enjoy indie action-RPGs (even with all of their flaws). I had hoped this game would have featured sexual content (or at least [i]nudity[/i]), but I still enjoyed my stay. This game is an action RPG focused on the interesting game-over scenes. You may think of a game in your mind from this mention. Yes, you are right. It is Eternal Dread 2. There is no official announcement, but we can infer that Eternal Dread and Black Black Knight - Milena were produced by the same developer. The feature of their games is that they have pretty anime girls and the challenging gameplay, despite being full of tough action RPG elements. It does mean that the game itself is mediocre but it suits the tastes of some players. If your characte is defeated by monsters, you can experience something special events. (ฅ'ω'ฅ) The game design seems to be inspired by Monster Hunter. You can collect materials through repetitive quests, craft items and weapons through crafting, and strengthen your character. You control your anime girl directly, perform various quests, and make her strong. The protagonist character supports partial voice acting. There are various skills and side missions in the game. The quest is a bit repetitive and boring, but the boss fight is quite interesting. Since the game is a bit difficult, you need to level up your character a lot through the grinding process. It would be even better if the difficulty level could be ready for casual gamers in the future updates. If you're interested in this kind of game, give it a try! Compared with Eternal Dread, it is not cruel at all. There is no Gore scene. There is not even an erotic scene. I don't know why it's an adult game. Still, it was very fun. The story wasn't very good, but I was able to enjoy it with immersion, and the characters' illustrations were good (modeling was very bad). ps : When I first came to the guild, there was a bug that I couldn't move. It is recommended that you first die in the prologue and save it.

[h1]보1지 안보여줌. 꼭1지 안보여줌. 이거 아무리봐도 성인게임 아님.[/h1] [b]이 게임은 냥코님께서 선물해주신 게임입니다. 감사드립니다.[/b] 분명히 성인전용 게임인데 아무리 찾아봐도 보1지랑 꼭1지를 볼 수 없다. 아마 누드패치가 짤렸거나.. 혹은 내가 못 찾았거나 싶다. 이 게임은 어떤 적에게 죽었느냐에 따라 게임오버 장면이 달라지는 게임이다. (물론 재시작 얼마든지 가능) 오크한테 죽으면 오크한테 붙잡히는 장면이 나오며 거미한테 죽으면 거미밥이 될 처지의 장면이 나온다. 그 외 몹마다 다 게임오버장면이 다르니 궁금한 사람은 직접 찾아볼 것. 문제는 그 게임오버장면에 노출이 없다는거다. 뭐 캐릭터의 기본적인 노출은 비키니아머나 다름없는 방어력 높은 복장이지만 이게 전부다. 그 이상의 것은 찾지 못했다. 아무래도 누드용 DLC나 패치가 있을것이 분명한데.. 내가 못찾았으니 답없음. 전투파트는 전작인 Apprentice Knight-Iona에서 많이 가져왔다. 특히 적 몬스터의 Hp바와 체력소모/증가 등의 여러요소는 전작인 Apprentice Knight-Iona에서 따온것을 확실히 볼 수 있다. 그리고 이 전투가 애매한게 주인공이 휘두르는게 대검인데 이 대검의 피격판정이 매우 좁다. 대검을 휘두르는게 아니라 레이피어로 찌르나보다. 십자선에서 조금만 벗어나도 데미지가 들어가지 않는것을 볼 수 있따. 무기는 가츠의 대검처럼 엄청나게 큰데 왜 피격판정이 이모양인지는 모르겠음... 참고로 상자를 부술때는 피격판정이 상당히 넓은데 유독.. 아니 가장 중요한 판정인 적을 때릴때의 판정이 너무 좁은것은 아무래도 이해하기 어렵다. 플레이 방식은 적을 죽이다보면 경험치, 돈, 아이템을 먹어서 레벨업하거나 더 좋은 장비를 구입하거나 혹은 제작시스템을 통해 특수한 장비를 얻거나 할 수 있다. 싸울때 기합소리는 성우연기가 있는데 이벤트씬에는 성우연기가 없다는것 또한 만족하기 어려운 부분... 이거 진짜 15500원짜리 게임 맞습니까? [h1]돈값도 못하고 성인게임인데 전혀 성인게임이 아니므로 추천하기는 어렵다.[/h1] [b]다시한번 이 게임을 선물해주신 냥코님께 감사드리며 이 리뷰를 모두 마칩니다.[/b]

Unfortunately I can say nothing good about this, Milena is in every aspect a lesser version of the Eternal Dread franchise. It doesnt even have gore scenes, so I wonder why it is rated as adult only.

v fun game to play on the side would definitely play a sequel

和之前的Eternal Dread比，差太远了。。模型质量大幅度降低，跑起步来和个猩猩一样。 去除了g内容，地图基本是拿以前的图随便改改，武器贴图完全不变，法术也一定要用剑吗。。一点都不走心，唯一可以看的就是2d立绘了，模型根本不够瑟，与其说是精神续作我更愿意相信这是一个给实习生练手的小游戏，不太行。
