Good idea, but not executed well enough. The VR experience is poor, it is just about running and the controls are sluggish. Would require more interaction from the VR player - hands, using buttons, etc.
Excellent coop game. Although a little light on content. I really hope they'll give us that level editor they've talked about. As it is now, I don't know about full price but you really can't go wrong if it's on sale.
This is the most fun i have ever had with friends in a VR game Asymetric VR games are amazing ! I wish they would make a more advanced splinter cell like version of this game But still for its money its very worth it

if you want to unalive your friendship play this
I will play this game once it has either Natural Locomotion or at least teleportation. I tried the 3rd person view but it seems silly. So in its current state, I wouldn't play this.
Eines der wenigen asynchronen VR Co-op Spiele! Absolut genial und spaßig! Es ist viel Koordination und Teamplay gefragt. Einer sitzt am PC und lenkt den Spieler unter der VR-Brille. Meine Kuratorseite: http://store.steampowered.com/curator/30155555 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ttNmGcCCn6s
A cursory playthrough is enough for my suspicions to be confirmed - there's really nothing going on in Black Hat Cooperative. They said "What if we made a VR game where a hacker sat at the computer?" and literally did nothing else. The game feels more like a school exercise than a game, where the computer player relays a set of instructions to the VR player, who in turn can only say "okay" until you win. There is no interesting challenge, deep mechanics or interaction of almost any sort.
Game's absolute trash, not only is it impossible to figure out, but also IT DOES NOT SUPPORT ONLINE PLAY, IN THE YEAR 2020. By the way, the play together games thing, does not work AT ALL.
When people asked "what game would you do in vr" this is what i had in mind... except i described it as SPY and the GUY IN THE VAN. But Hacker is better. What you get for the price (if you get it on discount is a steal) is a very simple game where you need to be guided to your goal. Its a simple premise, but its SUPER fun to play (i played with my wife and she loved it and screamed a few times STOP DONT MOVE!" I wish this got more updates :( but it seems like its a finished product. Maybe a sequel!? Anyways, the game needs 2 people, if you have them, its really fun, can also work as a party game!
Simple Asemetrical Co-op game. The objectives are a little glitchy sometimes but over all it is a solid game. It's fun having people shout inarticuatley to spy better. 8/10 Secret agent missions ===[Audience]=== [ ] Kids [ ] Casual players [ ] Pro players [X] Everyone ===[Graphics]=== [ ] Potato [ ] Really bad [ ] Bad [X] Ok [ ] Good [ ] Beautiful [ ] Masterpiece ===[Price/quality]=== [ ] Full price [X] Wait for sale [X] Average [ ] Refund it if you can [ ] Don't do it ===[Requirments]=== [ ] 90' PC [ ] Minimum [ ] Medium [ ] Fast [X] High end (I rate all VR games as being 'High' due to them requiring an HTC Vive) [ ] NASA computer ===[Difficult]=== [ ] You just need 2 arms [ ] Ez [X] Normal [ ] Easy to learn / Hard to master [ ] Hard (first few hours) [ ] Dark Souls ===[Game time/length]=== [ ] Really short ( 0 - 2 hours) [X] Short ( 2 - 8 hours) [X] Few hours ( 8 - 12 hours) [ ] Long ( 12+ hours) [ ] Endless ===[Story] === [X] It doesn't have [ ] Average [ ] Good [ ] Fantastic ===[Bugs]=== [ ] Game itself is one big BUG [ ] Bugs destroying the game [ ] Lot of bugs [X] Few Bugs [ ] You can use them for speedrun [ ] Nothing
