Le schermate con i personaggi sempre nelle stesse pose, la mancanza di scene di intermezzo, i personaggi appena abbozzati, una colonna sonora non all'altezza della delicatezza e della sentimentalità delle situazioni, una scenografia povera, sono tutti aspetti che ne tarpano le ali. E' un racconto visuale corta con qualche velleità di azione. Dato il prezzo la si può consigliare se si vuole provare a vedere cosa sarebbe potuta essere in altri scenari di sviluppo.

Tedious rubbish. A sub-1-hour kinetic novel with a stealth platformer minigame in between acts. All the prattling on about God and Christ and prayer and faith was off-putting. Maybe Americans go for that sort of thing? I also find pseudoscience implications like Bermuda and Atlantis unenjoyable. None of the characters were likeable or had their motivations explained enough to form a connection with the player, so the story events failed to evoke any emotion. The minigame was irrelevant, unenjoyable, and unnecessary. It just broke the flow of the story. Thankfully the levels can just be skipped. The Bonus Conversations between acts didn't add any understanding or flavour to the story. They mostly conflicted with the rest of the story. Like the Aliens' humor was ill-fitting to the rest of the story and their actions in it. The line about Joanna having "depression" was pointless, akin to The Room's "breast cancer" quote. The text about Paul "being a man" and "looking out for his girl" was just cringey and unnecessary. I didn't like the voice acting, it was too slow and make the story drag, I ended up turning it off as soon as Act 1 started. The overall idea of the storyline was good, but the execution was very poor. Not sure if this uses an engine or the author's own system, but the ability to get the game out of fullscreen mode would have been nice.

Just...poor...especially the voice acting with the possible exception of the narrator, Edward. Silly mini-game. Meh story. Farm it for cards if you must, then avoid.

Bermuda is basically Gunpoint if it was styled more like a visual novel, was only six missions / about 1 hour long, and much less good. It was never awful, and it has surprisingly good voice acting for an indie game, but I still wouldn't really recommend it when you could just play one of the really good heist games. The anime styling and storyline don't really manage to make up for the short length and mediocre sneaking missions.

Bermuda is a short and yet enjoyable story to read, written by Invert Mouse. It mainly focuses on Edward & his friends who has been abducted into an unknown alien submarine. The only way to survive is to uncover the truth about the hidden mystery behind it. The game has voice actors who are "veterans" which can be toggled on or off by users descisions. It offers a very simple stealth minigame focusing on fufilling tasks without being spotted by the guards.

Bermuda is a middle of the road visual novel with a stealth/platformer mini-game thrown in. Surprisingly some of the artwork is ok (and some of it not so great, but I've seen a lot worse). The minigame is a simple stealther that's surpassed by hundreds of other platformers on Steam (Stealth Bastard Deluxe comes to mind). If you want to see japanese style artwork, read manga or watch anime, it's better. If you want a 2d stealth platformer, well, Steam has hundreds that are better. If you just want a decent story, your local library or the kindle bookstore has a far better selection. Trying to combine all three here just hasn't worked.

Bored me to Death

There are no choices so this is not a game but an audio book with extra pictures (ignoring the short minigame interludes here). It has nice music, simple characters, a simple, heart warming story. A story about hard decisions. I enjoyed it.

Bermuda is a hidden gem that I had the pleasure of finding long ago on Desura (platform no longer exists) and later aquired it on Steam as well. The story of it is really interesting. In short a group of friends gets abducted by Aliens that live in the seas and the goal of the group is to escape their ship. All of that followed by great music, well designed characters, additonally some stealth mini-games and voice acting. The game might be short, but for the price it’s offered, it’s definitely worth giving it a chance.
