Bee Simulator is an incredibly cozy and funny game that lets you experience the world through the eyes of a bee. It shows the important role bees play in nature and the threats they face. The gameplay is easy, and the environments are colorful and pretty. I enjoyed the story a lot and had fun playing! 💛🐝

While the premise is clever and the graphics and world design are pristine for such a small project/studio, the game is lacking (to say the least) in gameplay features, delivering barely anything worth doing. The main story is so damn short and uninteresting and the rest of the game barely has anything to offer other than eye candy inside its gigantic open world. So big in fact that it's impossible to go anywhere without having your turbo available, which often means having your bee vision on at all times, making most of the game much less interesting to look at. If you have no boost and have your pollen filled (which is way too easy to do), good luck going anywhere since you're sloth speed. And all this would already be annoying enough if there was any reason to even explore, but what awaits you is 90% terrible repetitive minigames and stuff that's way too hidden, especially for a game with no map. I'm sorry, but 17 guitar hero style fights in 3 total possible variations and like 16 Simon says dance battles aren't gameplay, they just feel like a chore. Not even gonna comment on the larva or zoo animals missable achievements that are the most boring and unintuitive ♥♥♥♥ ever.

Depois de jogar Bee Simulator, achei o jogo muito mais divertido e relaxante do que eu esperava. A proposta é simples: controlar uma abelha, explorar ambientes, coletar pólen e ajudar a colmeia, mas o charme do jogo está justamente nessa simplicidade. Voar pelos cenários é gostoso, a ambientação é bonita e a trilha sonora deixa tudo com uma vibe tranquila. O jogo não é perfeito — algumas missões podem ficar repetitivas depois de um tempo — mas ainda assim é uma experiência leve e diferente da maioria dos jogos. Também gostei bastante da forma como ele tenta ensinar curiosidades sobre abelhas e natureza sem ficar chato. Não é um jogo feito pra quem busca ação intensa ou algo super complexo. É mais um jogo pra relaxar, completar objetivos no seu ritmo e aproveitar a atmosfera. Pra mim, valeu a experiência, principalmente por ser algo tão diferente e carismático.

Flying feels smooth, the environments are colorful and charming, and the overall atmosphere makes it perfect for unwinding after more intense games. Pretty good anti-depresant (I realized this in 2024). The game isn't without flaws — some missions can feel repetitive and the gameplay lacks depth at times — but as a unique and wholesome experience, it does a great job. 🐝

Flying around as a bee is more relaxing than I expected, and exploring the world from that perspective is surprisingly charming. The gameplay is simple and repetitive, but it's easy to enjoy if you're looking for something casual. Not amazing, but it's a pleasant little game with a unique idea.
