Very neat game, better than the 1st version, which has more flaws. It has a lot more gameplay with various ships, better consistency with music, better QoL with song choice and a lot more content such as enemy variety without any DLCs. The only worse things are that achievements are more boring and the bosses are usually much easier in this game. I recommend it to all music game lovers. It's not really a rhytm game though, as the tags describe, just a game that plays with your music. It's also still a little bit lacking as a shooter type of game if you're going mainly for that, but it's good enough. Overall: 7.5/10

Le musiche sono molto belle, davvero dei pezzi fichissimi e super adatte al tipo di gioco. Ma...apparte le lucine sull'astronave(ed altre cosette) cosa c'è di davvero mosso dalla musica? Io da un gioco di questo tipo mi immaginerei dei nemici che vanno a tempo, degli attacchi sparati a suoni di beat, dei nemici adatti a determinate ritmiche o strumenti...e invece è tutto, sfortunatamente, molto monotono e molto poco legato alla musica. Ho giocato la maggior parte delle musiche del gioco e alcuni audio miei per vedere com'era, cosa cambiava, cosa mutava, come si adeguava(ho provato con il metal, con il rap e con la sigla di jeeg robot) ma non è cambiato assolutamente niente. Solo in una canzone, in un punto, dei nemici tosti sono comparsi a tempo. Ed è stato fichissimo! Ma questo io vorrei! Non dei proiettili che rallentano un pò(sbalzandoti il ritmo) o il fatto che TU, giocatore, se la musica va meno forte spari meno. Mi ha molto deluso, mi spiace dirlo, ma volevo qualcosa di davvero molto più basato sulla musica che su altro. Inoltre, malus importante, il gioco è instabile e tende a crashare frequentemente. Quindi...non è stata una buona esperienza per un gioco musicale, ecco Però, e voglio chiudere in positivo, è stato MOLTO bello l'editor delle astrnovi. Inaspettato, articolato, flessibile, moooooolto fico. Ottimo lavoro :)

A really neat idea for a twin stick rhythm shooter. It's like asteroids, but your weapons move and pulse to the beat. It can work with any song locally or online, making it have endless replay value. It has different difficulty settings and powerups to mess with too.
