Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 19 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Such fun! The game makes it so easy to just give it another run and feel a bit more progress in your campaign and upgrades, and I find myself doing just that on the bits of free time I've got. Runs aren't super long, and they don't feel samey, because there are mechanics that incentivize plenty of experimentation with lots of combinations of abilities. I do highly recommend it if you find mildly puzzley, geometric combat. Think MOBA abilities & combos, mixed with something like breakout. You often can't fully predict what's going to happen, but that gives the game the bit of randomness every combat needs. And you can always prepare ahead of time so that your abilities work well. There are some UX things I'd love to see implemented: - the ability to see what the monster if when hovering their name (there's enough of them I have a hard time remembering) so I can pick adequate equipment and upgrades. - Maybe a compendium / archive of enemies? - Filters for upgrading/crafting/equipping equipment - Starring/favoriting types of motes to make better choices when picking run location - A help menu with some mechanics (I didn't know you could go anywhere on the map, whereas the monster gets to move only X amount of spaces, which depends maybe on monster type?) But even with these little QoL/UX issues, the game is fun and I'm sure I'll keep coming back to it :)

I bought this game when it first came out on Epic, beat it, loved it. Bought it again here because it's worth it. The art, writing and music are all excellent, and the gameplay is utterly unique. There's no other game like it and I'm enjoying it just as much the second time around. Highly recommended!
Beast Breaker charms you straight away with its art style and pleasant soundtrack. It starts out relaxed, but once you discover the tactics the game really opens up. Testing out new approaches and seeing them work is genuinely exciting. Highly recommended.
This was INCREDIBLE!!! What I expected was a glorified flash game from the late 2000's, what I got was a short visual novel with an interesting cast of characters, great music and sound design, and a gameplay loop so tight that - well, let's keep this review PG, actually. I had fun, I'll leave it at that. I couldn't believe the depth of the buildcraft and how engaging the strategy could be for each phase of a standard mission. Like, I don't want to oversell it, it's not going full Path of Exile, but being able to select the elements of your weapon loadout, and then using it effectively against each of the different beasts' multiple attack patterns, proved to be an absolute joy every time. I really can't think of a game out there that's offering up quite the same experience as this one. If you're looking for a game that's not like other girls (complimentary) then give this one a go!!
Very fun! The mechanics go pretty extensive, and the game has quite some content to offer - and if you like switching out and trying new weapons, there's tons to do and learn. It's all well made, and clear - and on top of that, it does offer some pretty wholesome story with cool characters.
Excellent puzzlish-rpgish-cute game! Quick intuitive gameplay loop that pulls you in and keeps you playing.
I've had the soundtrack on my playlist for ages, but I've been procrastinating picking up the actual game for some reason. Guess the Steam release was the push I needed to pick it up! I'm only an hour in, but it's extremely charming, and each of the weapons feel meaningfully unique in a very satisfying way. I'm excited to keep breaking this game open and seeing what else is in store!
Very fun game with a cool story. I really liked all of the companions.
Very charming! Cute art and good music go along way, but the gameplay sometimes feels frustrating. I may have a small brain for strategy but several of the weapons feel inconsistent with damage output. Along with some weapons only having some chance or zero chance to do damage to the core/hp of an enemy. I often find myself a few rounds into combat and about to lose, because i cant find a reliable way to do enough damage to stave off the end of combat timer, or because the luck of my placement on the map vs the enemy means i actually cant do anything. I also don't really like the scouting before each fight. I wish the range of view was longer, there have been more than a few occasions where I fail to protect the settlement because I was busy picking up materials or the beast approaches the town from an angle i didn't see them coming. I wish I had better to say about it, but I'd give it a huge recommendation on sale
