In my personal opinion I like 2042. The only problem I had with it is that it's riddled with bugs and sometimes to the point its unplayable in some aspects. I think if you just want a slightly futuristic fun FPS then buy it when it's on sale and enjoy the game. I would heavily recommend just playing against AI, they're kind of dumb but it's just more fun.
