I don't often do this, but this game is just terrible. It has no soul, just generic elements in a silent world due to there being no music. In the horror portion of the game it creates a good atmosphere, which is ruined by the fact that there is only two enemys that are more annyoing to deal with than scary. One of thing I don't get at all about this game is that there doesn't seem to have a left handed mode, so when you play a part of the game where you only have one gun, it will be in your right hand only, which is really annoying. Overall it is just really boring to play. The AI of the bots in matches is also just really tedious, since they will intantly lock onto you and kill you on the spot, while only following a set track, which doesn't explore much of the map. Just avoid this game, it is not worth it.

I didn't think I would be feeling nostalgic for a VR game so soon. This was the first game that really showed me the potential for competitive multiplayer VR experiences. Every time I hear the intro music I think of that particular fresh Vive smell when you first take it out of the box. Most of us have moved on to other games but Battle Dome will always hold a special place in out hearts.
I don't understand why it have so many good reviews if noone play it. Before you buy, go to the community hub and read the comments (if there is any recent). In the other hand i saw nothing special, graphics are not a big deal and sountrack below the average (so as the sound effects). Got it for 2 bucks, had to return it.
Some friends and I played this for about 2 hours, however it was using the family sharing so it only shows a couple of minutes on my own account. There's a lot of potential here, but this is 3/4 of a game at best. The weapon models and levels look great, the controls feel good after some practice, and the level design reminds me of Unreal Tournament. However, there's just a lot missing here and it seem like development has ceased. There's no health indicator or other information displayed on screen, no way I could find to check the scoreboard in-game, no player movement animations (just models gliding along the ground), etc. Some of the UI that is there seems chunky and unclear. When a game ends, it just dumps you back at the main lobby with no scoreboard or other indication of how the game went (except for a quick sound clip saying you've won/lost). Someone also mentioned no left handed support. If you pick up a 2-handed weapon with your left hand, it gets aimed by your right hand even if you're not holding it with both hands. Moving your right wrist inexplicably aims the gun, even if your right arm is down by your side. This of course isn't a huge deal, but it's just another sign that this game isn't anywhere near finished. Overall, there's a great start to a game here. I'd like to play a completed version of it; I think it would be a lot of fun. However, development has ceased (see other reviews for proof that nothing has changed in a long while) and they're charging far too much for 75% of a game. I got it on sale for a dollar and I'm alright with that, but I feel sorry for anyone who paid $15 for it.
Quick look: +Interesting multiplayer concept based on painting colors on floors to allow teleportation -which works suprisingly ok in dynamic team fps here- movement for own team. +If teleportation scares you there are other play modes with more standard touchpad movement. +Very playable. +Lots of fun guns. Feel very old school. -Could have a bit nicer presentation but that might be the maps I played on. -Apparently no way to mute enemy/all players, the left hand controls seem not to work.
My group is really enjoying it! The colouring movement mechanic works very well in VR. Loads of fun especially in the King of the Hill or Destroy the Core modes. Definitely recommended!
I like it. Funny 50 Hours.
bad headache from the game, nobody playing it in any lobbies, and you can only teleport to small areas of the map... It seemed like it had potential but too many problems with it. No thanks.
普通に面白い。 ただし人口が少ないので相手はBOTか、安いのでフレンドに買ってあげるか買わせるかの二択w 人数集めてみんなでやったら「超!エキサイティン!」出来る。
