Batman: Arkham Asylum Game of the Year Edition

👍 Recommended 9.4 hours on record | Completed I finally finished Batman: Arkham Asylum GOTY, and honestly... this game still holds up surprisingly well. The combat makes you feel like Batman until one guy with a stun baton reminds you that you're actually just pressing buttons and hoping for the best. 😂 The predator sections are easily my favorite part—nothing beats watching terrified enemies wonder where Batman is while you're hanging upside down like a dramatic gargoyle. The atmosphere is amazing. Arkham feels creepy, mysterious, and full of little details that make exploring fun. Mark Hamill's Joker is absolutely hilarious and steals almost every scene. Sure, the game shows its age in a few places, and some boss fights aren't as memorable as I'd hoped, but the overall experience is still fantastic. It's easy to see why this game started one of the best superhero game series ever made. If you've somehow never played it, it's definitely worth experiencing. Final verdict: Came for Batman... stayed because Joker wouldn't stop roasting everyone. 🦇 9/10 – Would glide into another vent instead of using the front door again.

don't let my steam hours fool you i probably have more hours on Arkham asylum than some people have been alive and even though i know the asylum like the back of my hand the ♥♥♥♥ still scares me, ♥♥♥♥ Riddler though.

I've been told to play this game o many times because of how good it is. and i finally played it on July 2026. It was worth it !! Pros: amazing abilities, great story, great progression, amazing boss battles. Cons: Joker fight was a little meh.... for a final boss fight it was pretty underwhelming. I would still encourage anyone and everyone to play this game just because it has really great gameplay !

it was really fun ive completed all the story and the riddles and the amadeus arkham just have to say it was awesome for being such a old game i loved it the controls are pretty annoying for me but yk old game but yeah 8/10 better mech would made it better for me and to 100% is stupid with the other challenge mode.
