Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 24.86/day in the week to Jul 31 → 18.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

barony
One of the best games ive played. Endlessly replayable with all the different class and ancestry combinations. No two runs are the same. Loads of fun to be had with friends. Though i will say the learning curve is very very steep. Once you figure it out though, oh man is it so fun. That first victory will have you foaming at the mouth for more! Couldnt recommend Barony enough for fans of dungeon crawling roguelikes

love it
Excellent Fun with Friends Throughout runs, you keep nothing but experience Difficult in Multiplayer (Mostly no enemy scaling, but loot and food have to be split in addition to friendly fire, although hunger can be turned off in settings)
I love this game. I don't often compare games to my all time favorite Dwarf fortress, but this game is comparable in the enjoyment factor. You're going to die, A LOT! And that's OK, that's how you get better. The learning curve is there as well, but that's what makes it enjoyable to take another run at it. All the class variations make a play of various styles so that anyone can enjoy the game how they want. DO the first 5 tutorials at least!
Unfortunately the tutorial takes longer than the 2 hour return window, or else I probably would have just returned the game and not left the review. It's not worth $20 to me because I only got about 5 hours of enjoyment out of it. The reason I stopped enjoying it was because the game was too simple, but also too fast paced, to be interesting to me. Combat is really repetitive and samey, which doesn't bother me in traditional roguelikes because you can pause and think any time you want. Barony is more like a constant high-pressure run-and-gun type situation, but the items and monsters just aren't interesting enough to carry it.
hard but fun
very immersive game
low commitment arcade style game with a fun gameplay loop and a lot of classes for different gameplay. You don't need to free the next 2 hours to play. Even better with friends
Most pleasant way to play is to avoid actually playing it. Trying something new is all punishment and no reward
