About
Investigate an abandoned multiplayer server frozen in time, where something clearly went wrong. What once felt familiar now feels empty, distorted, and watching.
This atmospheric walking simulator focuses on exploration, tension, and discovery. There are no hand-holding objectives. Instead, you are left to navigate liminal, blocky environments inspired by early multiplayer worlds, slowly uncovering what happened here.
Search for hidden items, uncover secrets, and piece together the story through environmental storytelling and scattered notes left behind. Every area holds fragments of the past, but not everything wants to be found.
As you explore deeper, the world begins to shift. Spaces loop, change, and react to your presence. You are not alone. Dangerous entities roam the server, and avoiding them may be the only way to survive.
Featuring a completely hand-crafted soundtrack by composer Nate Sassoon, with unique music created for every zone to capture the atmosphere, emotion, and identity of each area as you descend further into the server’s mystery.
What happened to this place—and why does it feel like it’s still alive?

if you are a fan of minecraft horror and/or yume nikki then you really should play this game. the atmosphere is great, the exploration never really gets boring, and the story is pretty interesting. wish there were more dream explorer games like this one.
creepy, interesting, fun to wander
Another amazing dream exploration game. Support this creator.
evil minecraft yume nikki
I spent a couple of hours simply wandering lost in Barnacle, I was ready to drop it and try again some other time but I finally began piecing together the puzzle and bit by bit I discovered more and more of the deep intricately designed maps. Having completed the main portion of the game I'm a huge fan of the way the game executes its story and I believe this Yume Nikki/Minecraft ARG horror inspired experience is something lots of players should enjoy.
[very important TL;DR at the end.] a really really pretty, interesting, and eerie walking sim that almost ruins itself with it's progression. certain parts, like all the levels in the chapel thread, are EXTREMELY frustrating to the point of wanting to just quit the game n never pick it back up. seriously, one wrong step and you've lost 30 minutes of parkouring across the most obnoxious sections. once you've fallen, not only will you have to do all the parkour you already did, but you'll also have to figure out how to get back to where the parkour even began. when you come across those parts ^ >>>>>LEAVE AND COME BACK LATER.<<<<< I REALLY WISH THE GAME TOLD YOU THIS, BUT THE REASON SOMETHING IS DIFFICULT IS BECAUSE YOU ARE MISSING A KEY ITEM THAT WILL MAKE IT INFINITELY EASIER. DO NOT TRY TO FORCE IT. IT'S MISERABLE. DOABLE, BUT MISERABLE. really wish the game told me i was wasting literal hours trying to overcome an obstacle when it was just going to give me an item later that would've made it 100x easier. also, for some reason, you'll finish a thread and gain a new item, and that item is literally only useful for the thread that you ALREADY COMPLETED IN ORDER TO GET THE ITEM. (i'm specifically talking about the chalk. most useless item in any game ever.) why would i need chalk when i've already completed the most confusing, frustrating, labyrinthine level in the game? play with an open mind, and always always ALWAYS turn around and leave if you're struggling with a section. do NOT continue trying, because chances are you've missed an item that will trivialize the section you're stuck on. i did enjoy my time, and there is a LOT to love about this game, but the frustration from re-doing several levels over and over because the game was actively pushing me in the wrong direction was almost blinding. this is one case where the "start wherever you want" kind of thing doesn't work that great. unfortunately, because of my experience, i'll never be picking this game back up. that bad taste in my mouth is still there as i write this out. i do highly reccommend you play it, but play it with those caveats in mind, or your experience will be boring and frustrating. [TL;DR: it's a great game, but you have to know when to give up on an obstacle and return later. the game will not tell you when to do so, so the onus is on you to make the game fun. one wrong step or tiny mistake, and you'll be heavily considering the refund button.]
Basically like MC analog Horror, Many secrets to discover and a lot of maps to explore
This game is sick. I don't really even like ARG's, yet this is one of the scariest & most intriguing games I've ever played. It's best to go in blind.
A beautiful blend between Yume Nikki, Minecraft, and No Players Online. Honestly resembles Yume Nikki more than anything, which was a very pleasant surprise to me, but if you're unfamiliar expect a lot of wandering.
This game nails the original magic of the "liminal" trend. It's a very interesting but uneasy world you get to explore multiple strange worlds that interconnect on a strange minecraft-like server, the way you get lost exploring the different worlds works well to amplify the horror aspects most of which have consistently caught me off guard. Terribly underrated horror/surreal game which is just up my ally i am a big fan of stuff like B3313 and getting lost in a now-empty world
