Took me a bit to get it but it's a ton of fun learning and figuring it out. I got to 40k food, every animal, every building, every seed etc...time to start another one. Easy going, stress free. Highly recommended.
果然经典就是好玩,童年回忆拉满,转眼间就玩了半天。
6 / 10 Pros Imagine making a competition of collecting food and wood in age of empires, stronghold or settlers - much fewer people would play in these games for more than 1 hour. This is it. You should check, if Bjorn the Child of the age of 12 has a room to get some time with Elizabeth the Smither of the age of 30 after Bjorn becomes the Laborer. Because if Bjorns parents and Elizabeth parents don't die by this time, you will get lack of workers for yours farms to feed everyone. 2 of your 20 citizens died by age or a rock? Now you should be prepared to look at yours grafs showing populations statsitics going down for the next 5 years (if you have a townhouse), because they were the only two fully prepared to mate 2 men with an option to marry not-a-sister-or-mother female. Gladly, you have 30% of citizens like a children - not working but eating - who will give an additional population, you should just wait for 5-10 years. You have built houses, buildins for food, clothes, wood and tools productions, and now you need to build a school or a townhouse. Are you sure? Because you already picked all the rock and iron in nearest miles, and now you need more rock to build a career to get more rock - your population is old enough now to get this done before their grandchildren become adult. Let's shift this plan to the next generations, you have no iron either and it seems like there will be no tools to feed these children - you better send someone to collect it. Cons The game has 3 main weak points, which make her uninteresting to play after 2-3 hours: 1. Hunters, fishermen, gatherners and farmers dying from starvation: how can a guy die while making a hunt? I had 20 of 40 citizens huntig, fishing or gathering - it is ridicilous that they continued to die while literally working to get food. 2. Prioritization: starving or suffering from wheater citizen will not run to get food or to get clothes, he will travel to the another player's seed, because there is no logic in not dying in his mind, of course. This leads to a situation, when the citizen is trying to get work done, have some food, get home in warmth in one time - with no planning for the next minute or even second of his life - and he dies with one tength of his work done and zero food in his stomach. Moreover, you can't make him hunt or gather food or make getting food higher priority for him. 3. Logistics and consumption: I can't understand, how my food and wood disappers from the storages. Citizens just run from one place to another without affection on starving level and fuel in the houses. Does the food appear in the storage, everyone run to eat, only half of them get them, and the another one runs back to work, wasting half of the year on that? Do the citizens know that it is more logic in eating food at the place, than bringing it to the storage and eating it there? I hopes at least someone knows these secrets. At least, my village just run out of citizens, but did not burn to dust. I think it is a succes!

I've never had such a fun time failing to keep people alive
One of the best city builders/management games I've ever played. I always come back to enjoy a few hours of gameplay. Just chill, micromanage and enjoy watching your citizens doing their thing. I love it
