About
Ballest of Them All is a speedrunning physics game where tiny improvements matter. Improve your time with smarter routes, better jumps, cleaner landings, and just a little favor from the physics gods.
Hop, roll, and balance your way across tracks that test your skills in new ways. Earn medals, climb leaderboards, then explore what other players built in the Hub.
With simple controls and smooth gameplay, you'll lose track of time hunting for the perfect run.
CIRCUIT – 8 bite-sized tracks where all your best times are collected for a seasonal score
TRIALS – Climb The Tower, alone or in a public lobby
HUB - Explore tracks cooked up by the community
GLOBAL LEADERBOARDS - Fight your friends or the world for the best time on every track
GHOSTS - Race against ghost records set by other players
TRACK EDITOR - Build whatever you can imagine and share it with the world
BALL CUSTOMIZATION - Complete challenges to unlock new skins and accessories
This is a game about flow. The smoother you are, the better your time. Plan your route carefully and nail the execution to keep your speed from start to finish.
The Tower is an extreme challenge in the style of Deep Dip and other climb maps. Invite your friends to a lobby and start rolling to find out which one of you is the Ballest of Them All.

The Track Editor has the tools to make whatever you can imagine. Whether it’s bite-sized or colossal, fast or tricky, or whatever–it’s yours to share with the community… just don’t be surprised if they beat you on your own track.
Now put a hat on your ball and get rolling.
Ballest is built by a two-person team, but we have big plans for the future of Ballest.
If you give it a shot, I hope you feel the magic we're trying to make.

This game is addictive. For those that love time trialling, beating your PB, shaving thousands of a second off at a time, this game is for you. If you're more into endurance and difficult platforming, trials like The Tower are here for you. Popularised by Trackmanias Deep Dip and it's sequel, not to mention spin offs of the same. A real challenge that I have not yet had the gall to take on beyond a quick look, but a stern test for sure. User made maps give even more maps for you to enjoy, or you can create your own in the editor. A special mention to the editor, which is fantastic as well. Easy to get to grips with and creating new and interesting maps is a breeze. Overall I am very impressed by this game. On the surface it seems innocuous enough, but there is real depth that will have you playing over and over trying to achieve that perfect run.

I know, I'm gonna spend more time in it, because I already got around 40 hours in the demo :D: PS: Docked SteamDeck experience is a bit clunky right now, but without the Dock it's ok atm ^^
I would say that the dev is a little bit nuts. Seems to be obsessed with cheaters and trying to catch them. That being said, I cannot deny the quality of game being produced here. It certainly appeals to a certain type of player who wants to perfect every aspect of their play. There's something for everyone I would say. Whether you like to create tracks or simply play them. Give it a go - highly recommended.
Very chill game to compete with people and yourself. Definitely worth the money at least 100 hours of gameplay If you like to speedrun and improve your times. You can make your own maps now which makes this game completely worth it.
Very fun game! Kind of a cross between Marble Madness and Trackmania. Be the ball! I love the simple controls, makes it an easy game to just sit back and chill with a controller.
Fantastic game. It beautifully blends the natural chaos of accelerating a marble with the precision gameplay of a game like Trackmania. Finding and executing a clean route feels amazing as the ball naturally wants to roll about uncontrolled and bounce unsatisfyingly when it collides too hard with the ground. This concept is very easy to mess up by either making the ball controllable enough that it just becomes a standard precision game or so hard to control that it becomes a party game. The game still has some way to go with more content and some bugfixing at the time of review, but I'm confident that it's going to turn out great!
Overall very fun game and an awesome growing community. I didn't know it was possible to ball so hard until I rolled into this game. If you're looking to test out your speedrunning skills, or if you're just in the mood for ballin, pick this one up for sure!!
Incredibly fun, endless potential with community tracks. Runs smooth, fun VFX and customizability. Creator is a great guy, super responsive to feedback, community is welcoming. Couldn't recommend more
I am pleased so far with this. I've played a lot of marble blast type games and this is a great indie project, the controls are smooth and I want to keep playing :)
Amending my earlier review to a positive review as the lag issue is fixed with a reinstall of the game. Able to run the game at high graphics and in fullscreen again. If anything crops up, I'll direct my worries to the support page and not in a negative review next time. -- Game might have a data leak issue that eats away at GPU and progressively gets worse over time. I've noticed a perpetually increasing lag presence over the last three days of playing (which, outside of my issues, I've had a blast playing). My computer is on the older end but is insisted by the game itself to be able to run high detail and shaders, and at the start of my gameplay, was able to run other background tasks and Discord calls. The latter option I noticed as time went on began to wain in playability, as I began noticing choppiness in my frames, which renders any racing you perform ineffective as the game relies on smooth performance to record your runs. Fast forward to today, and the game feels bricked. The game is using 100% of my GPU with all of my settings at their lowest, I've had to close all of my background programs, and am now running the game in windowed mode at the lowest resolution, and still I'm receiving occasional frame freezes. All in-game levels are affected, but is especially prevalent on level 8. I'd love to continue being a part of this game's growing racing leaderboard / potential community, but am unable to find a temporary solution that has worked or an isolated reason to this game's unusual choppiness. For the game's sake, I hope this is only an isolated incident for me alone, because I truly wish the best for it.
