Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 55.57/day in the week to Jul 30 → 64.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game is not terrible, of course not, but it is not GOTY as it was done by awards. If it is the goty, then this is degradation of gaming industry. BUT If you gamble, then better gamble here, not real money in real casino. After several hours i do not get this game at all. First, this is pleasure to find something new, like in real roguelikes, go upstairs during antes, try new and win. Second, Animations are rather satisfying. However during runs you see only these animations, you have already made them speed fast or very fast cause you are tired of eternal moving/shaking steps of cards. Then there is a barrier, when you cannot win due to unluck. Yep, you unlock cards/packs in the gallery, but it does not help you to proceed further actually, it gives only feel of completionist. Ok, game becomes very repetative. But it starts to irritate you due to absolute random. Yep, you can redraw, you can upgrade hands, combinations, buy jokers, reroll, make chances bigger...But it still depends on your luck and randomizer. You can make cool initial combo, but random "bosses" or random draw will ruin your run. ...Well, its ok you may say? Not really. I do not want to spend many hours of time just to get same result of ruined run in the end, it is wasting your time. Game is very repetative. It cannot give any other joy just to get numbers rising, stacking, multipying...Numbers, more numbers. It is just excel at work. But for excel operations you get paid by your company. I see no joy in stacking numbers infinitely without real result, it seems like autism. Wow, more numbers. I agree, that random for someone is "funny" and "gives options for replayability". But here you can only improve chances, you do not decide anything, you just look at what you get multiplied by randomness of cards and then multiplied by chances of chances. Even in random runs in Isaac or other similar games you can control your play with your skill, even if your guns are bad you got unlucky rooms, you control your play with hands and experience in play. Even in MTG you have more tactics and less random due to deckbuilding. But this game is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Addictive? Not enough to spend your time on mindless stacks of numbers. Is it real phenomena in gaming industry? it depends

jogao amo apostar minhas coisas
There’s a reason I refer to my Steam Deck as a $500 Balatro machine. Sure I play other games in my library but no game is as addictive and easily accessible as Balatro. It’s the perfect game to play casually on the couch while watching tv. That is until the numbers start to go brrrr and you lock in for the run. Laughably I put in over 58 hours before I found the right combination of Jokers and suit levels to finally win my first run. The 57 hours it took me til that I was unbothered that I’d yet to complete a run try as I might. Why go so long without winning? Because the game is so simple a concept to learn yet so addictive to master it just gets its hooks into you. Just get the game.
