Backgammon Blitz

It's backgammon, which I love to play, but the community seems pretty dead and the computer isn't as good a player or the difficulty is not very high. UI needs a facelift.

I'm amazed anyone could screw up Backgammon, but this game's terrible AI is only outmatched by the even worse UI. Did you select the piece to move or merely select it to view its available moves? Did you try to select another piece to move to or did you want to expose a piece by moving your previous selection to the piece you wanted to move? Does blue mean move or green? Given the UI is so bad, you would expect an undo option, but there is none. And, not that it matters, but the keybinds are awkward, and the Escape button is too close to board. Half the time, I can't tell where I'm supposed to click to move a piece, and even then, the click portion of the UI is inconsistent depending on whether you are moving to the near or far side of the board. Even at $4, this game costs too much. It shouldn't even be free in its current state. Steam, please delist this game and refund everyone their money. If you don't believe me, [i]try it[/i].

The lack of online players kills the game.

Das Game ist recht nett. Als gehobener Ersatz für Solitär macht es Spaß. Auch für Anfänger ist es geeignet, da der Computer oftmals Züge macht welche der Logik wiedersprechen. Auch auf der höchsten Stufe kann man recht einfach gewinnen. Das macht wenig Frust.
