About
Sculpt sand to create winding streams through lush forests and rolling meadows. Babbling Brook is a cozy & relaxing indie game about messing around with water and sand.
Also, there's a flock of rubber ducks trying to escape to the open sea...

You’ll start high in the mountains, helping a flock of rubber ducks escape. Collect points and unlock new levels as you make your way down to the coast. Along the way, you’ll encounter all kinds of rubber ducks. From slow, big inflatable ones to valuable golden rubber ducks. There’s even a rubber duck that turned into a black hole… but don’t worry about that!

Babbling Brook comes with two additional game modes. Let the water flow under every bridge in the Bridges game mode. Or just mess around with water and sand in the Sandbox game mode.

Fun, interactive water physics.

Relaxing gameplay and nice atmosphere!
Я уточка. Я плыву. Кря кря...
Cute game with relaxing water simulation. But at some points the game feels too slow and exhausting to play. And there are some features I really wanted to have during those moments: 1) It would be nice to be able to increase the speed of adding/removing sand. 2) Ability to start/stop the flow of water before I finish sculpting the path. 3) Ability to rotate objects to place rocks in more suitable places.

I LOVE this game, I need more though it isn't long enough. I'll restart it just to prolong the satisfaction!
very relaxing game
Wonderful, charming, relaxing little game. Play with sand to divert water so you can get your ducks to the ocean. The game looks gorgeous and runs smooth as butter. Legitimate 10/10 that won't appeal to everyone but accomplishes everything it set out to do, and does it very well. I Haven't played much yet, but I look forward to playing with my ducks again.
Beautiful
Not what I expected when I got this game and that is probably my fault. I was under the impression this was a kind of "puzzle" game where you have to figure out an ever lengthening water path to the sea with restrictions or other puzzle like elements. I was wrong. This is very much a "mess around with sand and water" type of game that a 5 year old would enjoy. Even the "puzzle mode" with bridges you have to pass the water under takes 0 brain power. Pros: Graphics are good, water physics is overall well done, and sound design is on target. Cons: They made JUST enough levels that even going as fast as I could, I can not refund this game because I was just over 2 hours of play time. Not to mention it is EXTREAMLY overpriced. (Undertale has 10x as much content and is half the price) One level has chasms that eat the ducks but the exit/scoring zone was glitched and would eat the ducks on that level keeping me from scoring. Then every once in a while on a different level the screen would glitch out and strobe a super bright white light from a specific gate. There is very little variation in the gameplay loop, what you see on the first level is essential the entire game. Don't waste your money on this game. SKIP IT.
This game reminds me of my childhood 🥹 it is so relaxing and satisfying to move the sand around
The sound is way off in this game for me. The sound of the water is pretty low, especially compared to the really loud bird sounds. This is one of those games without a point. Just chill, move the sand and watch the ducks move along the path.
