Very cool Zelda I inspired game. Final boss was something unique and for that alone its worth playing. Took me around an hour to beat. Looking forward to the full release of the following project by Benji. And to anyone that criticizes the game cause of the puzzles, thats just skill issue. Git gud.
THAT WAS SO GOOD! I'd be happy with a remake at some point to flesh it out. Def playing the next one.
Do you get what you pay for? I think for £1.50 or whatever i paid i got a bit more than i paid for. Its a decent little game, maybe 2 hours of gameplay here if you take your time [dont be a scruffy git and refund it if you finish faster]. I did find some of the puzzle mechanics a bit obtuse imo, a handful i got more by luck than chance. Also i found the music a little bit repetitive and started to grate on me during the times i got stuck, especially level 1. Other than this i cant really complain. Its a decent set up for the bigger 3d game coming out later.

Great little game that plays perfect on the Steamdeck
It's a 3 level, 2 endings throwback to classic Zelda but with better controls. You'll probably finish this in roughly two hours. Well worth the pricetag if you're into those old top-down zelda-like games.
Great homage to NES Zelda. Fun puzzels. Very short.
A short but competent action-adventure game which harkens back to the dungeon exploration of Zelda 1. Fun, with multiple endings and with a few neat ideas all its own, you get quite a bit for the price of admission.
A great little NES Zelda-like! It is only about 3 hours long, comprising exclusively of a few dungeons (which is my favorite part of the genre). The dungeons have a number of puzzles that take a keen eye and exploration - and some out-of-the box thinking. The combat and controls feel fantastic as well, and the minimalist music and art style do a perfect job of creating a fun retro ambiance. There are a couple tweaks I would have liked - more robust settings, save system, etc. And I also had one bug where the game crashed at the final boss, and there was no way to resume without starting over on the third dungeon... but otherwise, a pretty flawless experience. Can't wait for the dev's next game!
Captures the classic feel with a creative boss
This game is an amazing homage to the OG Zelda game from the NES days. It has wonderful quality of life updates like being able to attack diagonally and a level select screen after beating the game for the first time. A wonderful retro throwback that can be completed in one sitting - three dungeons, one boss, and multiple endings! I look forward to checking out the next game in the series, Azaran: Islands of the Jinn next year. Please make sure to support indie devs like Benji to help the indie game community thrive!
