прекрасний омаж Kula World, з чудовим вейпорвейв саундтреком і класними просторовими пазлами
Great modern version of a classic puzzle platforming game that's full of good vibes and good level design.
There is some deep well of core memories being dragged to the surface by this game. The gameplay, the visuals, the music... all of an era. And the dial-up sounds! I have uttered "what did I just do??" and "wait, where's it gone?" multiple times and I've played for like, an hour. Yet it's very zen. Very soothing. It's running nicely on my Steam deck too.
A hidden gem, makes me want a steam deck so I could play this on the go. Very addictive each time I launch it I only plan to play a level or two but end up finishing a world. The graphics are fun without being over the top, would love to see more finishing touches like perhaps birds flying nearby, dolphins swimming or shooting stars in the skybox, elevate the vaporwave aspect just a tad further. I'd love to see some small QOL improvements and maybe a gold silver bronze time to beat for each level. I like the rewind effect but I feel like there needs to be a sound tweak for it to add impact. Overall such a fun game with some insanely great songs that fit the mood. I'm excited to play more and see what space lion studios does next.
Great puzzles, addictive gameplay, fantastic music and visuals, incredible vibes. One of the best puzzle games in recent times.
Awesome retro throw back made with a lot of love and attention to detail. I like the retro feel and the controls/mechanics are introduced over the first few levels. Definitely worth a go.
If you like feeling stupid have I got a game for you. The puzzles are so tricky you'll be banging your head against the wall in despair followed by banging your head against the wall in triumph. Highly recommended
I’ve always loved all kind of puzzles, and platforming games. This game not only combines both but also adds a unique twist in how you navigate across each level. Axyz is a lot of fun, and a nice relaxing game to play that also offers a challenge. The music is very fitting and definitely a vibe. I definitely look forwards to playing more!
Scratch that PSX puzzle nostalgia with this little gem.
Yo! Respect from Ukraine!🤝😎❤️🔥 Back in the late ’90s, as a kid, I absolutely loved "Kula World" on the first PlayStation. Then, in the late 2010s, I played through a similar mobile game called "Blixa – Cosmic Dexterity", and now I’m really enjoying "Axyz". It’s a wonderful game — they’ve expanded the gameplay ideas of earlier titles in a smart way, without adding any unnecessary stuff. Just solid improvements to the original concept. The design is great, and the atmosphere hits that perfect balance of nostalgia and relaxation.😌 Special respect for the soundtrack — every track fits the game perfectly. It’s a pity there’s no official OST on Spotify, I’ll probably make my own playlist. And that cheeky bastard (said with love in the best sense!) who decided to add the cassette swap sound effect between tracks — you hit me right in the heart, haha 😅 Big thanks to the developers for the work you’ve done — you really created something good here! Wishing you plenty of inspiration and great projects ahead — keep it up! 😉✌️
