This a solid puzzle game though a few bugs do exist. Don't hate too much on the frame rates of the video attached the game runs good my OBS is just messed up and I just replaced it today. I can definitely feel the Portal inspiration, it has a similar structure to its puzzles. I'm not too far in yet, but I'm curious what the history of this world is as there's clearly more to it than just what we see in the Institute! The hitboxes on some puzzle components are generous which is great as dealing with magnetic fields in such a freeform way can be finnicky, but this game makes it feel fairly natural

Really cool game so far! I'm not usually big on puzzle games, but this one gives me some Portal nostalgia which is always a welcome feeling. The puzzles I've played so far, like Portal, aren't crazy difficult so you won't usually find yourself getting stuck and frustrated for long periods. They seem to be pretty intuitive. Graphics are nice, there's some narrative undertones going on for player's who like piecing a story together. Haven't run into any bugs yet either. Overall, definitely recommend if you like puzzle games, or you're looking for something that makes you feel a bit like the first time you played Portal.

As someone who likes logic puzzles in general, Attrax is a great game to scratch that itch. While I've never had the chance to play the Portal games, I've heard that this game has some influence from them, so if you like the Portal games you'll probably like Attrax. The game design has some natural progression of difficulty and teaches you more mechanics and how the physics works as you continue with the game. What is also nice is that if a specific puzzle is stumping you, there's a "Skip Puzzle" option to let you continue playing with the game, and you can go back to it later through the Puzzle Select option in the Main Menu. In terms of gameplay mechanics, the general priniciple of attraction/repulsion is great and easy to maneuver and manipulate. However, with some more advanced mechanics in the later puzzles, execution for some of the mechanics was a little difficult during precise platforming for me personally. But once you get a grasp on how the physics works, it's not too bad at all. As someone who finished the game, the lore itself is simple as a smaller game, but interesting and effective at drawing you in, and you'll definitely get a sense of intrigue as you play through it. Overall, the game is an amazing experience and would highly recommend, even if puzzle games aren't too high on your list of favourite genres. It's a game that is definitely worth the price, and you won't have to break the bank to get it. 9/10

Amazing game! More people need to play and rate it. The game is much longer than I anticipated, but introduces new mechanics at the every so often to keep it enjoyable. Also, the ending was very good, as well as finding the many secrets within the game. I did not run into any bugs/glitches (ignoring overlapping textures in some areas). I did manage to soft lock myself once in the garden, but thankfully the devs allow you to respawn/restart a level at any time. If you enjoy Portal / The Talos Principle, this is a MUST BUY!

Great puzzle game! It creates new mechanics that combines somewthing of magrunners magnets in a portal like frame. Love it. Great sound as well!!!!! Worth putting on some good headphones for that cause

This is an awesome puzzle game. It is a huge game also. The main game has got 100 levels, but there's also an optional garden region in the game with many more puzzles. So the game has got way more than 100 puzzles. Some of the levels take an hour to complete. The whole game is good for 30+ hours of gameplay. The game has got good puzzle mechanics with good level design. Some of the puzzles are really clever. It is a joy to solve them. The graphics are also nice. The game looks good overall. I also did not encounter any bugs. The only negative thing is that the game has got some parts that are really difficult and take many attempts to solve. These are not puzzles but includes some parts with difficult platforming and some parts involving turrets that kill you. Expect to die a lot in this game and expect that some parts may take 30+ attempts to solve. I was very much suprised that this game is not better known. This game should be in the spotlight for people searching for first person puzzle games.

Attrax is a fantastic first person puzzle game. It has 100 test chambers, plus additional optional puzzles in the garden, and hidden rooms and secrets to discover. I still haven't quite discovered everything yet. The first testing track is a bit slow paced, but it does a good job of introducing the game's core mechanics. Once you get the charge gun, though, the game really starts to shine for me. You can use magnetic repulsion to launch yourself, and attraction as a sort of grappling hook, and launching and swinging through the later levels is a blast. There's still more puzzles to be solved at that point, of course, many more, but as you gain more agency, the puzzles get more an more elaborate, and all of them were a blast to solve. Highly recommend.

Well made game, good concept, nice graphics, interesting puzzles. My main interest is the actual puzzle-solving itself. I am not a fan of timer-puzzles and i dislike timer-obstacle-course races. Especially at the end there are a few of these, where i lacked some saving points inbetween, so when you die you have to start all over again (unfortunately i'm not as fast-fingered as many other players). Nevertheless this is a nice Portal-ish game i would recommend.

This is a game for those that want a game that's loosely based on Portal where it deals with magnetism, a story that reveals itself as you progress and with some hidden elements for those that are completionists, for those that want to test their mind and reflexes, this provides it.
