Atlas Architect

Game appears to be abandoned which is a shame as it's actually very fun to build little worlds and come up with the backstory to them. So for 5 quid it's perfectly fine as a distraction tool just don't expect anything more than it's basic functions.

Atlas Architect Tu places du terrain, tu fais des montagnes, des rivières, des îles… et puis tu regardes ton monde en te disant "Ouais, c’est joli." 🌍✨ Pas de stress, pas de défi, juste toi et ton envie de créer un petit coin sympa. Après un moment, tu réalises que tu as juste passé une heure à empiler du sable et de l’eau pour voir ce qui rendait bien. Et voilà, j’ai créé une carte qui ne sert à rien, qui vient de nulle part, et que personne ne visitera jamais… mais au moins, c’est ma carte. 😌

Abandoned and not worth the small cost. If you want to play around it's not too bad but there must be better options out there

First things first, this has most likely been fully abandoned. It is also much more of a tool/map maker than a game. With that being said, it's easy to use with a good selection of tools to use. Definitely a good tool for those who want to make a D&D world or for those that just want to relax and make something with your creativity. Maybe a world for a book you're writing? A layout for a world that's for a game you yourself are making? etc. Overall it's a fun little thing to play around with. I hope that one day it gets works on again, but if a newer and better version of it releases I'll definitely be there for it.

First of all: this mapmaper has probably been abandoned, so keep that in mind. Still it is great fun creating some maps with this. You get to choose some basic biomes (plains, savannah, desert, swamp, stony) and some basic map features (town, village, forest, jungle, road, water, moutain, volcano). This tool will probably not let you do all the insane things you need for a high fantasy map, but if what I described, is enough for you, it's a neat tool to create some maps for handing out to your players. Most notably lacking: a brush tool, or an ability to drag a feature for more placements.

Unfinished and buggy. Not very enjoyable in the current state.

It's necessary to be able to choose the color and thickness of the lines for the hexagons. The ability to click and drag is missing, instead of having to click on the hexagons one by one.
