Dr. Roth wakes from cryosleep with his memory gone. The crew of the Atheris is dead, and the ship's AI speaks to him like a mother, then orders him to dance. Only she knows who did this. So will you, in an hour. If you're good enough.

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Aug 9 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
THE ATHERIS HAD A CREW OF FIVE. YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE STILL BREATHING.
An overheating AI drags Dr. Elhias Roth out of cryosleep too fast, and most of his memory does not come with him. He does not recognize the ship. He does not recognize the woman lying on the floor, or the blood she is lying in.
The Atheris is a battered industrial hauler falling apart around him, and there are only two things aboard that still work: the creatures that gutted it, and OPHIS.
OPHIS IS WATCHING
The ship's artificial intelligence is overheating, and she is no longer the same from one moment to the next. Sometimes she speaks to you like a mother. Minutes later she gives orders, and later still she turns on you, only to help you again. And the voice stretches and folds.
She will open the doors you need. She will keep you company when there is nobody else aboard. And then she will require you to dance before she releases a lock, or insist that a dead colleague be incinerated, because she does not want a corpse in the kitchen.
OPHIS was awake for everything that happened here. She remembers all of it. And she has opinions about your part in it.
PIECING IT BACK TOGETHER
There are no quest markers. What happened aboard the Atheris is scattered across terminals, mission magazines and notes written in your own handwriting, by a man you do not remember being. The further you get, the less you want the next fragment.
Between you and the answer are the creatures, and the only two things you can face them with: a crowbar and a pistol that is almost out of ammunition.
ONE HOUR. ONE SITTING. NO FILLER.
Atheris is built to be finished in a single session, the way you watch a horror film. No busywork, no padding, nothing to grind. One hour of pressure that does not let go, and an ending you will want to erase from your memory, exactly as Elhias did.
Features
• Compact sci-fi horror experience designed to be completed in a single session.
• Abominable and highly dangerous creatures that relentlessly threaten the protagonist.
• Retro-industrial atmosphere with strong cinematic inspiration.
• Minimal interface and environmental narrative for full immersion.

If you like science fiction and want to spend time on a good game with an ineresting lore Atheris is what you need
UN GRAN JUEGO MUY RECOMENDABLE !!! ...

I don't usually play sci-fi video games, but I think this one is really cool and entertaining. It has a very original story, and the ending surprised me a lot (in a good way). I also really liked the atmosphere and the visual aesthetic. It doesn't matter if you like sci-fi horror games or not, I definitely recommend playing this one. These days, I've been playing games that bored me a lot, and I didn't finish any of them, but this one has hooked me from the start
Atheris was a really enjoyable experience overall. The game is short, and I definitely found myself wishing it lasted a bit longer—but for only $3.99, it absolutely feels worth the price. The strongest part of the game is the story. It’s engaging, memorable, and easily the main reason I’d like to see more content or a continuation in the future. The narrative left me genuinely curious about where things could go next, which is always a good sign. Also, small but funny detail: the main character might be one of the most… anatomically confident protagonists I’ve seen in a game. Let’s just say the pants leave very little to the imagination, and once you notice it, you can’t unsee it. Short but sweet, story-driven, and fairly priced—definitely worth checking out if you enjoy narrative-focused indie games.
