He's dead Jim.
Apparently after years without an update now ABANDONED by the devs. Shame as it had potential. Shame as it conned me into parting with money for a an unfinished broken product which I now know they never had the tenacity to even partially finish. Shame on the developers for contributing to give EAG's a bad name. SHAME. SHAME. SHAME. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This isn't anything like as bad as some of the reviews state. It's not great yet but it's an EAG. Still needs a LOT of work but I like where it's going. If you enjoy Lovecraftian lore then pick it up on sale ONLY as It's certainly not yet (or maybe ever will be) worth the £14.99 asking price. Still, I'm not going to slate this too harshly as I've played much worse. It's being actively developed so the jury is still out......
_pfff,BUT; // Spawn dog _dog = createAgent ["Fin_random_F", getPos player, [], 5, "CAN_COLLIDE"]; // Disable animal behaviour _dog setVariable ["BIS_fnc_animalBehaviour_disable", true]; // Following loop 0 = [_dog] spawn { params ["_dog"]; // Force dog to sprint _dog playMove "Dog_Sprint"; while {alive _dog} do { _dog moveTo getPos player; sleep 0.5; }; };
I have been trying to get this product to work with my controllers. Just the basic desktop system. Simply doesn't. Sorry all, failed product. Avoid.
It is madness, at mountains. At least they got that part right.
This game has been LONG abandoned. Don't be fooled by the Early Access status, there isn't going to be any further development, clearly. With that said, the game itself is actually awful. It is absolutely unfinished, but it's clear that someone had a vision for this. There is some love for the lore, some decent building blocks to make a game around, however it's dead. Absolutely pass on this one.
Ok I have played the game and love it mountains of madness is my favorite Eldritch story at first I was playing the game and the way mountains of madness was like a open world game interested me then I got into the game and was making my way though the frozen abyss and it was awesome in a Eldritch way very in depth and like a rpg in a way but also very much reminded me of The Thing the movie the game has some errors small ones but if you want more people to be interested in the game take more screen shots that show off the games abyssal depth and Eldritch alien intrigue of worlds of frost.
