About
Astrosphere is a relaxed sci-fi strategy game about exploration, station building, and slowly expanding your presence in space. You are not commanding a frantic war fleet. Instead, you develop your own space station step by step, design custom ships, and set out on expeditions into unknown star systems.
Explore distant sectors, gather valuable resources, discover anomalies, and bring your findings safely back to your station. Every journey expands your options: new technologies, improved systems, stronger ships, and more control over your path through the galaxy.
Build and expand your space station
Add new modules, improve your systems, and turn your station into your personal home among the stars. Your station is not just a menu screen — it is the center of your progress between expeditions.
Design your own spaceships
Create and improve ships that match your playstyle. Customize systems, equipment, and functions so your ships better support your goals: exploring, gathering, surviving, and reaching deeper into space.
Explore procedural star systems
Travel to unknown sectors, scan objects, find resources, and uncover what lies hidden in deep space. Astrosphere focuses on the feeling that there is always one more place to discover.
Gather resources and research new technologies
Use your expeditions to collect metals, crystals, and other valuable materials. Invest them into research, upgrades, and new possibilities for your station and ships.
Play at your own pace
Astrosphere is designed around a calmer flow. You can plan, build, upgrade, and explore without constant pressure. Dangers exist, but the heart of the game lies in discovery, optimization, and steady progress.
An atmospheric sci-fi experience
Enjoy the quiet vastness of space, futuristic stations, distant systems, and a presentation that draws you into a calm, mysterious sci-fi world.
Hello, I'm Mario, the solo developer behind Astrosphere.
My path into game development is a little unusual. Before I began programming my own universes, I worked in international fine dining, in five-star hotels, and most recently as a head pastry chef. Patisserie is about absolute precision, the perfect interplay of hundreds of tiny components, and complex handcrafted structures that ultimately come together as a flawless whole. I now bring that same uncompromising attention to detail to game development, directly from my desk here in Tyrol.
My greatest inspiration for Astrosphere is the classic, utopian science-fiction television of the 1980s and 1990s. I have always been fascinated by how logically and thoroughly technology was conceived in some TV universes—from the warp core and life support to the very last power conduit, everything works together. My goal is to establish exactly this technical depth and interconnectedness of systems in my game. I know that many of these minute details are extremely demanding to develop and may not deliver the typical, fast-paced "arcade fun." But this authenticity matters enormously to me. I am building Astrosphere for players who, like me, appreciate knowing that a genuinely well-considered, logical technical architecture is working behind the user interface.
As a solo developer, I do not have the budget of a huge studio, but I do have the complete freedom to create exactly this uncompromising niche experience. If you love deep systems and would like to accompany an indie dream on its journey through Early Access: Welcome aboard. Let's build something great together!

upd.
Pris en promo à 10,39€ ça me va !
