I 100% recommend this game. I played it through like four times in two days because it was just so captivating. The world-building is great--it reminds me of Firefly/Serenity although it's clearly a different rodeo. I love how diverse of a cast of characters there is--in gender, sexuality, personality, and background. The romancing options are fantastic (at least those I've played through) and they're woven well into the plot of the story; sometimes the romance makes no difference and other times the stories are really only about the romance, but this one presents both in equal measure. All in all, this is the most exhilarating, intriguing, and well-written Choice Of/Hosted games I've played (and I've played a lot).
Loved it, great story, characters and branching. Highly Recommended.
Very entertaining and well written interactive space novel. More of that!
A pretty good CYOA game, 6/10
One of the best choice of games product. Multiple endings really according to your choices, surprisesm interesting characters.... A real masterpiece
Absolutely stellar writing. The multiple lines of choices and priorities to balance are well-designed and challenging. Give it a try if you like choice games, one of the best I've played.
Good
It doesn't look like much but the story is intreasting from the very start.
有Expanse的感觉,文笔情节都很好,Romance也很棒。
All things considered I did enjoy this one, I'd probably give it a 7 out of 10. It’s no masterpiece, but enjoyable. Pros: - The characters are well thought out, different from each other, it is fun to get to know them. - All in all good writing, you can get immersed in it easily. Gives you some The Expanse vibes. - A few quite challenging situations where it is hard to decide what is the best option in general or for your character. - Most of the time the stats moved as I kind of expected them to move and worked as I expected them to work. - The world with the factions are interesting. Cons: - I think the game would greatly benefit with some character descriptions at the beginning. Although they were interesting it was difficult for me to imagine them while reading. One of the characters is turned out to be quite older only 2/3 of the game, and the characters with gender neutral pronouns had so little description going on that in my mind they were just a big question mark. - Sometimes having all of the character choices feel like a theme park with no depth whatsoever. ‘Oh you haven’t romanced anyone yet? Here’s a full list, go pick one.’ I mean, there were some attempts at making it more natural and fun to read, but this part was just disappointing. I do recommend the game, especially if you are looking for something sci-fi, but I’ve played better Choice of Games titles like Ironheart, Choice of Robots or The Fog knows your name.
