Ashina: The Red Witch

I absolutely loved this game. Ever since I fell in love with Eastward, I've been searching for memorable pixel art games that can capture that same sense of wonder. Unfortunately, they're surprisingly hard to find. Stranga Games absolutely nailed it with Ashina: The Red Witch. From start to finish, this was an incredible journey. The world is magical, the characters are wonderfully quirky, and the dialogue is full of charm and personality. It constantly made me want to see what was waiting around the next corner. The atmosphere even reminded me of a pixel art Studio Ghibli movie at times, although with a slightly spookier twist. I genuinely can't recommend this game enough. It's an absolute steal for the price. I'm jumping into Red Bow next, which I hear is a prequel. From what I've seen, all of these games seem to be connected, and I can't wait to experience more of this universe. Oh and.. Tanto, thanks for being my friend, mane. ❤

One out of the Stranga Games' repertoire of yokai world adventures. Ashina is a prequel My Big Sister, stand-alone story with connections to one another and a common concept covering the Japanese folklore. With retro-styled graphics as a base, the elements of light horror is mixed with humor for some engaging story value. Even though Ash seeks to find a way out of the spirit world for her along with her sister as the main goal, there are optional tasks and choices that unlocks extra endings that adhere to the questions left open. Simplistic gameplay but with memorable story and characters.

jogo insano e divertido, carinhas! comecei a jogar sem saber absolutamente nada sobre ele e agora que terminei a história principal tô me sentindo meio otária pelo péssimo final que a coitada da ashina teve lol eu já tava vindo aqui nos comentários reclamar, quando vi que puseram guias de jogo, de como desbloquear os outros finais (eu não sabia que tinha mais de um!!!!!) e dos itens extras que você pode pegar, além disso, descobri também que esse é um prequel, então agora tô um pouco mais tranquila e vou tentar fazer os finais diferentes kkkkkkk agora os pontos positivos: - gosto muito do estilo de arte com pixels (mas isso é algo mais particular) e o jogo entrega muito nos cenários!!! - a história é muito boa, basicamente foi o que mais me prendeu pra continuar jogando - as quests são bem legais e os níveis de dificuldade achei ok (acho até que dá pra colocar algumas mais complicadinhas) - gosto como alguns personagens retornam depois de um tempo na história (outro sinal de um roteiro bom) - o tanto (não sei se o nome dele original é esse ou se foi traduzido pra pt-br) é muito carismático! lol - gosto de como a lógica de jogabilidade vai se construindo com o player descobrindo coisas sem necessariamente ter tutorial o tempo todo, você vai desbloqueando dicas ao longo das suas ações e por pura curiosidade pontos negativos: - às vezes a tradução ficava um pouco confusa e eu me perdia um pouco sobre a quem eles estavam se referindo - acho que vi um bug de um item que apareceu como "foto" atrás da yokai que é mãe da "sombria", quando a ash tá nos subúrbios, mas o item sumiu, não deu pra pegar - como já mencionei, me senti otária tendo muito esforço pra salvar a ash e todo mundo se lascar no final lol dito isso, amei jogar

Cute and creepy; perfect for SCREAMTOBER! A bit drawn out (a bit of it could have been cut from the game and have 0 impact on the story) but it, fortunately, didn't make it obnoxious. It's ~4-6 hours long (ignore my long playtime; I accidentally kept it running over a weekend) but I'd say it's worth a play along with the other games in the series by the same dev. Je jeu est bien, cependant, de gros soucis : Toujours pas de traduction Française, malgré qu'une version Française à été ajoutée à la version Nintendo Switch, donc, un peu chié de ne pas avoir de patch de traduction, pour un majoritairement Textuel ! De plus, impossible d'avoir les succès Réunion et Another Chance, le jeu est buggé : - malgré que je possède la vieille photo et le ruban rouge sur moi, le dialogue de tanto ne me donne pas le succès. - dans certaines partie, Mimiku ne me propose pas le sac de grain de riz à vendre, donc impossible de l'acheter et le déposer aux égouts !
