Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 14 → 0.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Interesting vibe, but the battles are waaaaaaaaay too gimmicky. It's less of a strategy game and much more of a puzzle game, which is really not my cup of tea.

This game is pretty fun. I bit addicting. the voice actor for the character you play is pretty bad, and I wish there were twice the number of card variations. But other then that, it's great. I would give this game a 7.5/10
Muy entretenido.
Отличная игра с приятным сюжетом.
Oyun güzel ama hikaye sığ. İlk oyun Redemption bundan daha güzeldi. Karakterler benzer ama o tadı vermedi. Türkçe dil desteği koydukları için pozitif yorum yazdım.
Ash of Gods: The Way is a bold and thoughtful strategy game that merges deckbuilding tactics with a heavily consequence-driven narrative, standing apart from many of its genre peers by grounding every mechanic in story and moral weight. Developed by AurumDust and published by AurumDust alongside Game Seer Publishing, the game exists in the same grim fantasy universe as Ash of Gods: Redemption, yet confidently forges its own identity by shifting the focus away from grid-based tactics and toward card-driven warfare shaped by political intrigue, espionage, and personal sacrifice. The story follows Finn, a war orphan raised by the calculating spymaster Eik, who is tasked with infiltrating an enemy nation not through brute force, but by mastering their most revered strategic card game known as “The Way.” This game is far more than entertainment within the fiction—it is a cultural and political institution used by elites, generals, and power brokers to resolve disputes and demonstrate dominance. By embedding gameplay directly into the narrative logic of the world, Ash of Gods: The Way makes every match feel meaningful, as victories and defeats ripple outward into political outcomes, personal relationships, and the escalating threat of all-out war. Gameplay centers on turn-based card battles that blend deckbuilding with positional tactics. Each turn allows the deployment of unit cards and support cards onto a battlefield where placement, timing, and synergy matter as much as raw strength. Units advance automatically, collide with enemies, trigger abilities, and influence control zones, creating a system that feels deceptively simple at first but gradually reveals significant strategic depth. Deck construction becomes an ongoing experiment, with players encouraged to adapt their approach based on faction strengths, opponent strategies, and unique battlefield modifiers that can dramatically alter the flow of combat. One of the game’s strongest features is its variety of objectives and battle conditions. Rather than relying solely on elimination-based encounters, battles frequently introduce alternative win conditions, environmental hazards, or asymmetric goals that force players to rethink their usual tactics. This ensures that success is not achieved through a single dominant deck but through understanding context and adjusting strategy accordingly. Over time, the game feels less like a standard card battler and more like a series of intricate strategic puzzles, each demanding careful planning and adaptability. Narrative integration is handled with care and restraint. Dialogue choices, alliances, and personal decisions shape the direction of the story and contribute to multiple possible endings. The game is unapologetic about consequence: poor decisions are not easily undone, and outcomes often feel morally complex rather than cleanly heroic or villainous. The single-save structure reinforces this philosophy, removing the safety net of constant reloading and encouraging players to live with the results of their actions. While this can be intimidating or frustrating for some, it powerfully reinforces the game’s themes of responsibility and irreversible choice. The presentation further elevates the experience. Hand-drawn artwork gives characters and cards a distinctive, somber beauty that suits the bleak tone of the world. Animations are understated but effective, and the battlefield visuals remain clear even during complex interactions. Voice acting and music enhance emotional beats without overwhelming the strategy, helping maintain immersion during both quiet narrative moments and tense matches. The overall aesthetic strikes a careful balance between elegance and severity, reinforcing the sense that this is a world shaped by hardship and calculated decisions. That said, Ash of Gods: The Way can be demanding in ways that may not appeal to every player. Difficulty spikes, especially in later tournaments or rematch scenarios, can feel punishing, and occasional reliance on card draw randomness may undermine otherwise sound strategies. Combined with the permanence of failure, this can lead to moments of frustration, particularly for players who prefer experimentation without long-term penalty. The pacing can also feel uneven, with narrative-heavy stretches followed by dense sequences of challenging battles. Despite these rough edges, the game’s ambition and cohesion are difficult to ignore. Ash of Gods: The Way succeeds by treating its mechanics, story, and world as inseparable components of a single vision. It is not content to be just a deckbuilder or just a narrative game; it insists on being both, and on holding the player accountable within that fusion. For players who value strategic depth, meaningful choice, and storytelling that refuses easy answers, it offers a rich and memorable experience. While it may test patience and skill, it rewards commitment with a sense of consequence and immersion that few strategy games attempt, let alone achieve. Rating: 8/10
