Played Day 1 and Day 2 on Harder (The hardest difficulty). Passed Day 1 with 1 HP left first try. Barely managed to extract under heavy fire. Day 2... Three attempts and counting. This game has me literally sweating, it keeps you on your toes the entire time on the hardest setting regardless of how good of a strategist or FPS player you are. (Make note that I said HARDEST difficulty. If you're playing on normal, don't complain that it's easy, you derps). I haven't had a fair challenge in a game like this since.... Jeez, ever? 10/10, I would definitely recommend it. One tip for new players: RUN OVER THE AI'S CORPSES, IT GIVES YOU VITAL METAL!!! You are completely f***ed on Day 2 and onwards if you don't salvage the extra metal from enemy corpses. Which just adds to the intensity; When do you risk your health under-fire for the precious metal you desperately need? You need to make that call, because it'll be the difference between life and death for you. My ONLY complaint is that the claymores seem a bit finicky... I've had a couple cases now where the AI literally marches over the front of a deployed and activated claymore and it doesn't go off, which is obviously problematic when you're counting on that claymore to save your behind... Other than that, 10/10, so far flawless otherwise.
This was an amazing game! It has a good challenge and nice story to it! I didn't quiet expect the ending. Its also not everyday you find a game where the enemy changes tactics significantly because of what you choose to do and actively look for weaknesses in our Defences.
Fun tower defense game. some minor bugs here and there but nothing game breaking. Dev is very active so far i've seen so i have high hopes for this game and hope more content comes. so far the gameplay is about 7 hours long. (main mission) there is also a survival mode.
Response to developer -------------------------------- Thank you for the time to reply, I can understand your point of view. I enjoy difficult games, being challenged and having to test my brain. The achievement from improving at a challenging game is a core part of the enjoyment. So I have no problem with difficult games, no problem with dying many times and no problem with trying again and again. What I have difficulty with is the having to sit through the same cut scenes when I want to get on with experimenting and trying to beat, even the first level, of a game. So I suppose my main criticism is that I can't play your game when watching multiple cut scenes and being locked out of playing and learning your game. If there was a way to have the cut scene dialogue run in the background and letting you keep playing that would make it so much more enjoyable. I shouldn't have to look on youtube or look at others guides, I should be able to learn for myself. The cut scenes alone make that very hard to do. I hope this helps you. ---------------------------------------- This game has a lot of potential from the trailer. It feels like it going to be engrossing. Too clunky to let you enjoy it. Intro voice and cut scenes on each weapon is SO frustrating, this can run in the background while letting you still actually play the game. Having to sit through these each time when you die and restart makes me want to throw the game out the digital window. The buttons mapping and way the operate keep meaning I'm constantly trying to not double open menus or pick up turrets etc. The way the game selects closet miner is again frustrating, if you are next to a miner but looking away from it, the game still opens the menu as if you want to target it. Very annoying. I think the delivery of the story could be refined as well with timing and a bit better script. Saying all that I do think it has potential, just currently I find it frustrating and not that playable, sorry.
Although I finished the game and had somewhat fun with it I can't recommend it. There is a lot of potential but in the end it falls flat.

Too many chores, shoot down bombers manually, switch everything on again after an EMP detonated above you, run out to big robots and place mines in front of them, .... The game lasted only 8 hours, but I already got tired of these activities, they are not fun. I barley felt like a commander, I more felt like a micro manager.
After a few levels, you have seen it all. There are not many turret types.
Balancing just seems weird. Always build 5 miners at the beginning before the first wave even starts, this does never force you to decide do you want to mine more or do you want to invest in defenses. Some missions are rather easy, some are unforgiving. Very minor spoilers, but the last mission you think there is a build up, but it just ends after a few waves. Strange finale.
The story has some interesting aspects, but it really pushes "we as a human race are unworthy of the planet earth" down your throat
Saying that, for a few bucks you can still get it. It had me entertained enough to finish the game, but barley. At least it seems like the developer is dedicated, and releases regular updates.
Very cool premise and classic defense type game, but plays a little too rigidly and the UI isn't too friendly. Absolutely beautiful to look at, though
The game gets a bit dull after a while with nothing really new for the player at some point. The little bits of one shot scare mongering technophobic "activism" commentary is intrusive and unwelcome. The player needs to grow with the enemies or at least improve their ability to do damage, control terrain, or just not do the same thing a few new enemies creeping in. It gets boring using the same kit over and over to climb the difficulty spike. We don't need the commentary about the "evils and threat" of AI we get enough of that questionable material as it is.
It's good, I enjoyed it. Here's what I think needs some work:

I often can't make out what the AI is saying as various things are exploding in my face. I missed the "hacking" tutorial entirely since I was busy placing turrets, which also causes the AI in the same voice to talk. So I just heard an indistinguishable mess of voices.
The zoom for the rocket launcher is finicky, and in one instance the zoom just stopped working.
I don't exactly understand the point of the Gun turret since most of the combat happens at long range.
I ran out of new turret types at what, Day 5 I think? I thought I'd keep getting a new turret each day as our own AI evolves.
Placement is weird. When placing a miner near another one I ended up having to turn 180 degrees away from the existing miners, create it and then spin quickly around before it auto-drops. Otherwise when hoping for the Create menu, I'd get the Repair/Upgrade menu. Maybe separate keys for those menus? I can't rule out that I missed a tutorial somewhere where this was explained due to the issue above.
I'd happily buy an expansion/sequel if it was offered!
Good concept but still too rough/early for me to recommend. Bombers are really annoying. They are really small and fast and if you don't take them out as soon as they spawn they will decimate your defenses. Not helped by the warnings your AI gives that can be easy to miss amid the chaos. Placing stuff feels clunky and awkward. Sometimes you'll get stuck on nothing when trying to move them around. It's easy to accidentally interact with turrets when you are trying to access the build menu. Don't take my control away mid battle, especially just to show me stuff like the first enemy kill every time. I don't care, I'm trying to work here. Overall it feels lacking.
