One of the best rally games can be natively played on mac. No info from the co-driver at all, so 8/10

Genuinely a great little game. Like playing with cute Matchbox cars but for grown-ups. Takes a few hours, maybe 2, to get the hang of and get used to vintage car handling, but the physics of the cars just feel right in terms of weight shifting, grip etc. and the difficulty curve is very nice after the initial hump. Gorgeous looks, plenty of cars (and thousands more moddable, by the look of it) and tracks, good for short sessions when you just want to play for ten or twenty minutes. Only minor gripes so far -- I wish you could tell where a race was gonna be before you pick the car you'll drive in it, and the music is a bit uninspiring, if inoffensive and suitable. Overall though vv good and well worth the money. e; okay, after a bunch more hours, couple more deficiencies have surfaced. The first is simply the lack of a course map. By the time you're on the faster cars, any stretches you haven't memorised become a lottery where you just have to guess what's around the next corner and hope you're right. If they aren't giving us turn-by-turn directions, there needs to be a map overlay. The second is a design thing, and it's the limited restarts. Sure, it makes sense to want to both allow restarts and limit them, but when you have a limited number it means the 'optimised' way to play is to just quit a season if you screw up on the first race, rather than restarting, in case you need that restart later. So, (if you lack the strength of character to resist that logic) you end up just cycling back through menus over and over again, each time you screw up the first race of a season. Either make restarts on the first race not count, or just uncap them altogether. It's not like that would make the game appreciably harder anyway. Anyway, those gripes aside, the game remains very good, still having fun with it.
