This is a fun little game which plays a complete run in about 2-3 hours. It runs through the whole of the cold war and includes extensive historical detail and research - history geerks will enjoy looking through the tech trees and space race just reading some of the interesting commentary. The game itself is primarily about resource allocation - the resources being influence (generated by diplomats) spies, and military. These three resources allow you to control the board through a variety of diplomatic coups and military intervention. They are themselves generated from the budget - which you need to balance. Every year you can allocate 3% of your budget to a variety of tasks - space race, military research, production, etc. this will build up to where you're spending more than you're earning, which can become a problem. All in all a big thumps up for producing a game like this - it's a nice light strategy game with enough historical flavour. The negatives - the game needs some automation settings to reduce player workload, which is repetative. It needs a better manual, which doesn't explain the full workings of the game. It needs tooltips and suchlike within the interface itself. All in all, a good effort from a small developer that just needs a bit more polish to shine.

The game is excellent. Fans of strategies are required to pass. The sound is excellent.the gameplay is quite simple but interesting
Fantastic game! I enjoyed it very much.
For any who likes global strategy games it will be good thing to try. From first seconds game draws you in the process. I recommend for ppl who like this genre to try this one game. No any sense to buy it without dls's coz of good animation process. Alina Didgital have got +1 good thing to Commission's repertoire of all world game designers. +
This is not a Paradox-title and it shows: you don't delve too deep into politics, diplomacy or the space race. You don't control the movement of your armies in detail. But in an abstract way, you do feel like you're controlling the resources of your chosen superpower. The need to balance your influence, military, economy or space agency definitely is an interesting take. I honestly hope the developer keeps improving this game. I'll keep an eye out, even if it's some (cheap) DLCs to flesh out some things. Just that damn Crisis of the Elite bugs me. Gives me nightmares! Honestly, I think it's a fun indiegame set in one of the most interesting periods of humankind. It's not for everyone (and not for people looking for a true wargame or politics simulator), but it definitely has it's place out there, and for the foreseeable future, it's in my "installed games" list. To the developer: there's still some typos in the game that make it seem a bit less polished. They don't hurt the gameplay, though. Overall: good job!
The game is a little rudimentary, but the design and balance have been done very well. I bought this game on sale, but I feel like it is worth full price. I have continued to come back and play a few rounds every year or so.
I hate this game. I love this game. Damn this game. Frustration to the point of being fun. Buy it but be prepared to lose hair, sleep, sense and time.
its ok
