Arise: A Simple Story

这是一款艺术设计大于游戏设计的作品，游戏设计在我看来是比较糟糕的，我没想到的是画风和主题如此治愈的游戏竟然大部分的关卡是固定视角的爬墙跑酷，结合主角易溶于水的特性，我还以为我在玩20年前的刺客信条1，最巧合的是我玩到第二关这么想，结果第二关真有个鸟瞰点，此外固定视角让很多地方容易脚滑死亡，关于这点人我不是很理解为什么不做一些减少死亡的关卡设置，虽然剧情上确实主角无限复活并不出戏，但是对玩家来说上一秒还挺感动下一秒就摔死倒是一定程度上影响了游戏体验。综上所述，我本来都快给这个游戏差评了，但是正如我开头所说，本作的艺术性非常高，从第三关开始，这种艺术体验得到了极大的提升，我个人认为完全可以弥补游戏性上的不足，总的来说，这依然是一款值得一玩的游戏。

I played this game completely blind, aside from reading the description, and I was genuinely blown away. I wasn't expecting such an emotional rollercoaster, but the story was beautifully told and was exactly the reminder about life/reality that I needed. The visuals deserve just as much praise. The art was absolutely stunning, and really played such a big role in my emotional rollercoaster. This game was an EXPERIENCE. This game was truly beautiful in every way. If you're looking for a good heartfelt story with amazing visuals, this is the game for you. 10/10.

Замечательная и очень трогательная игра! Каждый момент - каждая локация, та или иная отсылка, символизм к чему-то. Просто здорово! Визуально - оооочень красивая. Сюжет - интересный. Механика уровней - каждый раз привносит что-то новое 10 из 10

This is a beautiful story-focused masterpiece of storytelling. Throughout the story there is not a single word spoken by any character or clearly visible face expresion, but just by being empathicaly connected, you can see the whole story. With storytelling also help "memories". Small orbs hidden in levels and giving you watercolour paintings showing the story. This game can be run on potato pc, but still be one of the most graphicaly original, interesting and beautiful games I have seen. Only thing I don't like about this type of games is that they have a fixed camera or camera controled by character movement, which isn't optimal for parkour inside levels, but it's still playable. Worth every cent.
