Arcane Worlds

"From hell's heart, I stab at thee. For hate's sake, I spit my last breath at thee." Shakespeare summarised my experience fairly well of this game. It is a rage inducing cacophony of failure. I use the word cacophony because it describes the headache producing noises in the game. Even on low, I found myself killing the birds in the sky in irritation. Nothing works, nothing will work and what exist is a spit in the face of God. In 1983 it was reported that truck fulls of the Atari game "E.T." were crushed, buried in a landfill which was then covered in cement. This was a fitting end, for what was considered the worst game ever created. That game has now been violently ejected from its unholy throne and a new king has taken its place. All hail Arcane Worlds, the worst game ever created.

It's a nice experience, not sure it will be ever finished or what that would look like. But I have not played another game quite like it and it's very chill, with some cool physics effects you wont find anywhere else.

I bought this back in 2014 I think. While it seemed like a cool premise at the time, it unfortunately wound up being an abandoned game. Why it is still available in early access over a decade later, I don't know. There is no more than 20 minutes of 'gameplay' to this, and that's only if you enjoy messing around with water and lava..

Great game in the Magic Carpet mold

Clearly abandoned at the start of development, after more than 10 years... Took advantage of the nostalgia surrounding the original title. Disgraceful! Worthless as it is (April 8, 2023), it can't even be called a game! I bought it hoping for an updated version of the title, but the dev abused my (our) trust! GET OUT! ARNAQUE ! SCAM! Steam, you should ban it and refund this pseudo pre-alpha!
