About
In ARC Raiders, gameplay flows between the surface ruled by lethal machines, and the vibrant underground society of Speranza. Craft, repair, and upgrade your gear in the safety of your own workshop, before venturing topside to scavenge the remnants of a devastated but beautiful world. Play solo or in parties up to three, navigating the constant threat of ARC's machines and the unpredictable choices of fellow survivors. In the end, only you decide what kind of Raider you are - and how far you’ll go to prevail.
Explore four distinct maps at launch, with more to be revealed as the underground society evolves and expands its reach. Each destination carries the weight of a world twice-destroyed, and the scars of conflicts both old and new. Sift through the remnants for valuable loot, and piece together the past as it's slowly reclaimed by nature. Evolving map conditions ensure that no two runs are the same, with varying weather, enemies, and mechanics adding unpredictability and danger.
In a society built on boldness and bravado, it is up to you to stake your claim as a Raider. The loot you scavenge can be sold for coin or crafted into all-new gear, allowing you take on increasingly lethal dangers head-on. Through both victories and hardships, you'll gain valuable experience; unlocking varied skills that enable all-new ways of play. In addition, you'll complete quests for Traders with differing motives and agendas; uncovering both the friction and comradery of a community under constant threat of collapse.
Lethal machines known as ARC rule the surface, ranging from unrelenting drone swarms to mechanical giants that obliterate everything in their path. Their origins remain a mystery, but their ever-present danger is felt with every step you take. Each machine comes with distinct strengths and tactics, forcing you to pinpoint their weak spots and constantly think on your feet. And remember: the noise of battle carries. Other Raiders may be listening; eager to claim what you leave behind.
Raiders survive by kitbashing scavenged materials; using long-lost tech and looted ARC parts to craft weapons, gadgets, and gear. Upgrade your workshop stations and learn blueprints to craft even more advanced items, or improvise quick fixes in the field to get yourself out of a bind. As you make a name for yourself, you'll be able to measure your skill against other Raiders by taking on Trials; rising through the leaderboards to earn valuable rewards.
In Speranza, everyone has an agenda, and the Traders are no different. They’ll send you topside on missions in exchange for rewards, slowly revealing more about who they are and what they want for Speranza’s future. Complete quests to earn gear, crafting materials, and XP to level up your Raider and unlock new skill points.
The ARC Raiders skill tree branches into three paths: Survival, Mobility, and Conditioning. Spend your points to shape your playstyle. Loot faster and move quieter with Survival skills. Outmaneuver your opponents and threats with Mobility. And enhance your Strength and Stamina with Conditioning. Choose how you grow and what your Raider brings to the battle.
Whether you’re preparing to take down specific ARC enemies or fend off rival Raiders, there's a choice of weaponry for every fight. Cater to your style with a range of firearms including SMGs, rifles and shotguns, as well as more advanced options such as railguns and energy weapons. Grenades, traps, ziplines and deployables offer the tactical depth needed to outsmart your enemies, while augments allow you to tailor your loadout to your preferred playstyle; unlocking dedicated inventory slots and additional gameplay perks.

Arc Cheaters
Outstanding anti-cheat. Cheaters beam you from 800 meters before you even know what's happening, rage hack for weeks, and ruin every lobby without a problem. Meanwhile, people who used a dupe glitch once—caused by a bug the developers introduced just days ago—get slapped with permanent bans. If you're a hacker, you'll probably have a great time.
- Cheaters can see what you have with you, so as soon as you step into the game with something valuable they wallhack the hell out of you across the map and dupers keep duplicating "rare" items making the economy of game items irrelevant. - Campers and “rats” being themselves like in any game, just here there is no PvE mode so you can't avoid them. - Terrible matchmaking: it's more like a lottery with very long waiting time to join a match. - As a PvE player, there’s effectively no way to enjoy the game as intended (quests, looting, Arc, Rpg progression), you’re pushed into PvP arenas whether you want it or not. Overall, it doesn’t feel rewarding, just exhausting so much that frustration is stacking faster than any sense of progress. - Lots of bugs related to weapons, items, animations and the worst: boot. Both in Windows and in Linux the game boots only if it wants to, it's your lucky day and the 5th patch they released that very same day does not botch everything again. - Characters are mostly butt ugly and the outfits are often aesthetically out of context and there are lot of clipping issues between outfit elements (like beard, masks, hair and so on). Also you can barely choose any of the few dull colors that you may have unlocked if you had the luck to successfully complete some trials that are quite hard to complete since you have to stay alive to save the score. But you will often die due to cheaters and rats and psychos that just shoots you for literally no reason. - Most of the hours i got in the game are in the stash menu to manage items and not topside (probably the half), and a huge chunk of topside time is me trying to help a buddy. But since there is basically no way to avoid being hunted when playing in duo we are forced to stop playing the game together since we are both (true) PvE players. - The community is toxic as in any other online game. - There is not text chat when you are topside, so you can't communicate even with your team if you don't use a microphone. - Your teammates can kill you, there is no way to avoid that: no toggle, nothing. So you may end up killed and robbed (and probably insulted) by players OF YOUR TEAM. - The in-game store is more unusable at each update. - Players number is decreasing day after day.
Crazy how a toxic community ruined this game nobody wants to play a game for fun when 90% of the people you find are just basement dwellers who need to destroy peoples fun.
Initially started off as one of the best games ever, then the dupers, cheaters and rats got so out of hand it is now extremely unpleasant to play this game. The trials and expedition are repetitve, the last two big updates were disappointing. They already took our money and will therefore put minimal effort from now on. I like to pvp but you cant get out alive with cheaters every round, they are so fearles they even tell you they are hacking. Time to move on to another game!
All the duping, cheating & exploiting has ruined this game. The amount of duping is laughable. You'll be going up against opponents who didn't have to work for their loadouts. They say if you can't beat them, join them. But that's not how I play games. I'll just take this as a lesson learned and avoid Embark Studios games in the future. They don't seem to have the ability or skills needed to properly run a live service game.
Мертвая игра для читеров и дюперов.
It's a great game with a lot of potential. Cheaters have killed this game. Developers don't care. I do not recommend buying it.
