Another World – 20th Anniversary Edition

Познакомился с игрой еще на Sega Mega Drive, слизни и кошка сломили детскую психику и заставили сдаться. Через 20 лет вернулся взять реванш уже на ПК, и снова сдался. Прошло еще 10 лет, увидел как герои улетают на птеродактиле, и надпись THE END. Путешествие длинною в 30 лет завершено, форточка закрыта.

Que jogo díficil viu (e os checkpoints não facilitam o processo)... Mas entre o amor e a raiva que tenho por esse jogo, o saldo é positivo. Nunca pensei que ia chegar no final depois de ter parado no meio a uns 4 anos e agora voltei e o negócio só fluiu. O pioneiro de um dos meus gêneros favoritos!

I understand the game was released in 1991, I still think this game is not my cup of tea. Some sections are very frustrating with the lack of directions. You end up doing the same actions over and over but then you die and start over from the last checkpoint because the story isn't supposed to progress that way. If those actions were consistent or at least fun, it wouldn't be as frustrating. Those sections for me are: - the famous flooding in the caves [spoiler] that you are supposed to do only after going far down & right and coming back from it [/spoiler] - the section just after that one [spoiler] where you are supposed to time breaking the lamp on the guard's head [/spoiler] - the very last section which is just so long Also, I'm not one to use a walkthrough as I consider it usually ruins the experience but I did it to unblock myself 4 times for this game. I feel like the game is missing music too. It was very.. empty. The achievements are nice and very achievable throughout a normal run, though the [spoiler] UFO is kind of random to know [/spoiler]
