About
An Adventure in Arabic is an Adventure/Survival RPG game set in the wilderness of a parallel universe where learning the basics of Arabic language can get you special powers that can turn you into a hero who can bring a deserted ruined village and its inhabitants back to the village and to normal life.
Chapter One (this game) starts with our hero venturing into a parallel world where a special language can give him added powers in order to survive. Story leads him to a Librarian who teaches him the Arabic Alphabet by sending him on special missions to fetch Arabic tablets spread through out the map. From there each tablet is crafted to a tool used for resource gathering like chopping trees, or mining, and weapons used for hunting animals, together with various sets of armour sets to fully customize our hero from head to toe, both in looks and abilities.
The game doesn't end with the story; Once all the tablets are fetched and crafted players can focus on enjoying the beautiful nature, pick flowers to craft them into medical potions, gather and store food, or hunt wild animals for resources. The deserted village offers several workshops to craft the items gathered from around the map; With a crafting workbench, a pottery wheel, a furnace, a windmill, a mortar for grinding seeds and grains, and a cauldron to cook the ground flowers into potions, and fuel from rotten plants for torches and lanterns, and more.
Feature rich and full of activities, the game has something to offer for all ages. Nice surprises will find our survival hero (and you) being challenged along a very exciting path of discovery.

Fantastic idea for language learners. Hope to see more support and content with long term learners of arabic.
Happy to finally see an Arabic Learning game that is both engaging and educational. The game draws you in with its lore while also bringing out your curiosity towards the Arabic language. The Point and Learn function is an excellent way to link the Arabic wording to the actual interactable in-game item. I look forward to seeing and learning more! Definitely recommend to anyone curious about the Arabic language.
The game is fun to explore and I learn some arabic at the same time. Good to see an educational game that exposes you to the arabic langauge while having some fun at the same time.
I like this game a lot! it actually mixes adventure RPG gaming with an introduction to the Arabic language Alphabet. Not a long game to play but feature rich! Highly recommended!
The concept is nice, but I got stuck at the tutorial where it said to "climb" with space. I pressed space and I only jumped. I couldn't find any wait to pass this. I tried jumping and climbing the ledge but it didn't work.
I finished the first quest and eventually talked to the librarian. after that I got tired and left the game... Today I opened it and my quest didnt show where to go anymore to find the letters (the first three). I relaunched the game thinking its a bug. Then I still had my inventory but my quest progress was reset and it makes me climb rhe tock again.... I had to delete the game because in my experience the game is not yet ready... I also think there is too little guidance, the tutorials are vague too.
we need chinse!!!
他日未开今日谢,嘉辰长短是参差。 -- 樱桃花下 李商隐♥
okay, so the game says you can learn Arabic, but they just show you Arabic text and dont have any voice lines so idk how to say or read any of these words. im not learning anything, just playing a jank survival game. I wanted this to be cool but again, the game has you highlight things to see how they are spelled in arabic but not a single voice line or letter to letter comparison. Maybe its further into the game but 20 minutes in and not a single thing learned made me quit the game.
