Joystick and keyboard polling is unbelievably bad. Controls work when they feel like it. Getting the player to turn midway in the maze is near on impossible. Game is literally unplayable in current state. Didn't even map the d-pad on the joystick. Did the people who gave this a positive review play a different game?

This should have been a respectable back-to-basics Pac-Man-like, but unfortunately it is ruined by broken controls. Directional inputs randomly and frequently lag out, which caused me to miss turns, get stuck on walls, or fail to change directions. This was constantly getting me killed, and your hit box here is less generous than in Pac-Man. This seems to be worse on the keyboard than the joystick, but the joystick has its own problems. It has no dead zone in any direction, making it extremely oversensitive, so I was constantly taking wrong turns due to unintended input. Only the analog stick worked on my controller; the D-pad either isn't bound or wasn't recognized on my device. An older review says the same thing I just said, but I took a chance on a sale hoping that I wouldn't have the same issues; unfortunately, I did. If these problems were fixed, I wouldn't mind revisiting the game, but after three years, it seems unlikely.

Little, very simple funny game. If you're just looking for something that you can hop in for a quickly gameplay, this tickles all the fun little boxes. Of course, you get what you paid for, and for the price, I think the game is good. Art is good, sound is fun, controls are responsive enough (could be better, but it doesn't stand on your way), and content is good enough as well.
