From the creators of Amnesia: The Dark Descent and Dear Esther comes a new first-person horrorgame that will drag you to the depths of greed, power and madness. It will bury its snout into your ribs and it will eat your heart.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Nowhere near as terrifying as Dark Descent, but thats cool with me. Game still has its scary moments. Buy if you like interesting environments, a compelling story, and some scares. if you're a survival horror junkie, maybe look elsewhere.

Nota 5/5 ★★★★★

Nice horror
I am a fan of horror so just the name sparked curiosity when I heard about it years ago. I only played it now. The First impression I got was surprised about the outdated graphics for 2013 but oh well. The games strongest point is its story and the atmosphere it creates. The best parts are the first 2/3 of the game. As you dig deeper you get more uneasy. That is where this game outshines most horror games ever. Just seeing some machinery as part of the house for the first time sparks a trigger of caution for the unknown. I don't remember ever hearing about a concept like this one a mansion, machinery and slaughterhouse in one. Hats off to the writer. Its very HP Lovecraft and Clive Barker this story. It made me feel very uneasy and stopped me from eating pork tbh (hope that continues to be the case). This game would be scarier if it was done with better graphics as the 3d models aren't very clear. A remake would be nice. I remember starting the machine, knowing its a slaughterhouse and I remember thinking how big is this place as huge wheels started turning. Thinking about the thousands of pigs being slaughtered for us, probaby supplying the whole empire.. a mass murder happening daily underground without us caring about it. Then you have some humanisation of pigs with the church and you can feel sorry for them. The game was made by the Chinese room so it made sense since I played Dear Esther, which is one of the most artistic games of all time. I hope they continue to make games like these 2 "walking simulations" that are the highest forms of art. What I didn't like The bad part are the monsters which are not as scary, they walk funny and look funny too. the last 1/3 of the game seems to strike a fantasy world which is a bit to much compared to before. Ridiculously large spaces underground, a random "disappearing" scene and pigs with electricity. Its a shame what otherwise could be a near perfect game. Finish left some head scratching which is not bad, might play game once more to get it all in, even though I did pickup and read all the notes. I highly recommend the game if you will be into the story and atmosphere. If you want to stream playing it, play during the day or finish the game quickly or look for an Amnesia game then don't play it.
