[h1]Amazing medieval shooter with gorgeous textures[/h1] Combat is excellent. The huge scenarios are impressive, even though it’s easy to get lost in their vastness, which sometimes leads to wasted time backtracking. There are also occasional bugs, like getting stuck on walls.

i like the art style but the levels are just confusing sometimes and the lore is kind of absent. i wanted to like this game but for the 5h i played i just didn't know what to do and i just killed random guys while going back and forth in random levels. it is not for me so i will not recommend it
overall quite fun with some very inventive weapons, but some of the difficulty spikes, particularly with the bosses were insane
Genuinely incredibly boring and I say that as someone who beat Hexen on PS1.
Graphics are truly amazing. The way they mixed the crunchy pixels with beautiful gradients of the lighting is awesome. Every weapon feels different and interesting. The secrets feel amazing to discover. I only wish there was MORE weapon variety, but admittedly I love that they are all still very different. One feat is making the mana for each weapon rare enough for you to horde them for just the right moment.
