good game
Refunded. Look, I get the idea. At the time this caused a big stink in the mid-2010s, it was smack dab in the middle of another wave of absolute horse manure culture war outrage against video games. These devs were pUsHiNg tHe BoUnDaRiEs oF fReE sPeEcH... which I'm all for, don't get me wrong. But the game's ass. Its controls are trash. The AI's trash. There's little variety in what are supposed to be shockingly brutal execution animations, many of which are tame compared to the kind of ♥♥♥♥ Manhunt let you do in 2003. The "Antagonist" is the exact archetype that gets parodied by actual good games like GTA or Postal 2, but it takes itself completely seriously, and not even in a way that's so bad, it becomes funny. It's just boring and eye-roll inducing. It's a game that says absolutely nothing while pretending like it's got something to say. This game came out in 2015. By then, so many other games have allowed their players to be complete animals, and were exceptional for it. More games have released since 2015 that let you play as a complete animal, and were better games for letting you do so, and this game CLEARLY had no influence on ANY of that. It's... it's so... boring. This was supposed to make people feel outraged, right? The only outrage I'm experiencing is from having spent more than an hour giving this thing a chance. I'd rather go back to Hotline Miami. Genuinely. There's more gratuitous fun to be had there, with better controls, while having a style and personality, and a soundtrack that isn't just a constant moody droning. Yeah, sure, this game has the right to exist. Sex with Hitler and that Alex Jones game also have a right to exist. But Christ, man. There's better games out there that let you do worse things for the fun of it without pretending like it's doing anything bigger, and the ones that do use their violence for a point, they do it better than this could've ever dreamed. Treat yourself and get those instead.
One of my favorite ways to relax is playing this game :)
got it for cheap and have about 40 hrs in so far. It's been a fun ride. Well worth what I paid
Supimpa!
Fun driving. Hate the cops tho
i love it
Great realism right down to local landmarks, road conditions, sounds, etc. Definitely would recommend to anyone that actually drives trucks or would like to!😉
