Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Aug 7 → 2.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Ambrosia Sky is a first-person immersive sim where the only thing standing between you and the answers you seek are treacherous zero-G anomalies, deadly alien fungus with their own unique abilities, and the creeping guilt that maybe if you hadn’t abandoned this place all those years ago, everyone you used to know might still be alive.

Ambrosia Sky will be your sombre homecoming to a colony that is overrun with a vibrant, alien ecosystem. Adapt and survive encounters with various forms of hostile fungi that will burn, electrocute, and overwhelm you. Harvest their fruit to craft powerful new chemical agents to fight back or open new avenues of exploration. And pick through the desiccated remains of a once populous colony as you journey into strange depths to unravel the dark mystery that left its inhabitants dead, missing, or maybe even complicit.
Ambrosia Sky’s unique gameplay blends rewarding exploration with meditative cleaning. Use your chemical sprayer to cleanse unique strains of deadly fungi, each one trying to burn, electrocute, or trap you. Study their behaviours and harvest their fruiting bodies to craft powerful upgrades, such as electrical foam you can use to reroute power to power doors or consoles.
The stylized world of Ambrosia Sky is a living ecosystem home to both the hostile fungus and the remnants of those who once lived there. Explore a series of environments across a range of mission types, using your tether to traverse unstable gravity fields or reach hidden passages to uncover the mystery of the Cluster.
Your mission isn’t purely personal. As part of an enigmatic order of scientists in pursuit of human immortality, you are also tasked with finding victims of the contamination whose DNA can be studied. Find these chosen deceased, perform a sacred ritual to further your research and understand the disaster through the lives of the people destroyed by it.

Although I wouldn't say all of my feelings towards the game are positive (I was really expecting more ImSim out of a game that classes itself as one, but the elements that it does have in common with the genres are shallow at best), I still really liked the visuals, music and narrative to have a full play-through. It's really emotional and beautiful.
Chill, relaxing game. Love the world-building and atmosphere.
An interesting take on the cleaning sim genre with an interesting story set in a science fiction future. At the time of review only act 1 is available, but act 2 is included as a free update. If you like cleaning sims you'll probably like this one. Has a few quirks, but for the price is a solid game worth picking up.

Feels a bit like Tacoma meets Powerwash Simulator. The storyline is gripping, the setting is interesting, the puzzles are satisfying, and it's fun to clean up the fungus. Looking forward to act two!
Good game
I like the story. I love the art style.
over all a very boring game not worth buying unless it goes on sale very linear and grindy puzzles are super easy and story is subpar
I found this game really interesting. The story is moving and I found the gameplay enjoyable. It is kind of like a sci-fi powerwash sim but also some interesting puzzle based aspects. I'm really hoping for further acts so the story can be expanded upon as it lays some interesting groundwork and I found the story in act one very touching.
I would love for people to go away and play this but I know that not everyone is going to do that, so I'm going to avoid spoilers but still give an in depth look at the game. Act One dropped back in November last year and Act Two just came out at the start of August and I think the game has sat with me long enough to where I can accurately describe what I thought about it. You play as Dahlia, a Scarab whose job it is to find victims of the contamination whose DNA can be studied. Find them, perform a sacred ritual to further your research and understand the disaster through the lives of the people destroyed by it. The unique gameplay blends rewarding exploration with cleaning, and as someone who loves Power Wash Simulator I loved it. This story was gut wrenching from the first mission, I never expected to be so moved, so quickly in the game. When I first came across it I was just like teehee space power washing, but it is so much more than that. It is an exploration of life and death and the decisions that were made to get to Dahlia to that point. And all of the people that she chose to leave behind when she left the Cluster. You uncover her relationships through her audio logs to the main man in the chair Maaz, and through written logs on the computers in all of the levels. You really grow attached to all of the characters and the stories you read, taking sides and getting a deeper understanding about what went on to cause this contamination or at least what happened to the place you used to call home. The atmosphere in this game is so compelling and pulls you right in, I talk about how much i love the character design a lot but the characters, the backgrounds its just feels so endearing, in a similar way as when a child draws you a picture, not because its a bad drawing, but because you can feel the heart that went into it and it means something. All of the characters are unique, with their own stories, their own features, and their own personalities. And all of the levels feel different, and lived in, and real. I want a print of their saturn because the team somehow made it so painterly, but also look like it was covered in puffs of spores, like a plant full of pollen that just got shook. And I need to talk about the music. The emptiness and hollowness of space and those sci-fi high pitched tones. Mimicking heartbeats and breaths when you hear it, breathing like the organism and floating through space. Its so well done, this is one of my favourite OSTs just because of how it perfectly complements the game, never being too loud or overbearing, and never detracting from the vibes of the scenes. As well as this, Soft Rains have a discord server that I love. They have a book club where every month they do book recommendations, each one from a member of the team, they have done deep dives on all of the levels, they have made quizzes to test and see if you could be a Scarrab, or find out which character you are or even which fungi you are. As well as that the Community Manager Colin also made a solo journaling rpg based on the game, called You Left Home And Became A Sci-Fi Death Cleaner And Now You Must Return Home (also your ex is there), cleaning and studying in a way that will have you thinking a lot more about the items you own and the importance of them in the scenario. It is available for free on itch.io under the name “boyproblems” if you are looking to add that extra bit of fun or motivation to get the cleaning done around the house. For a game about love and loss, and death and life, it's so wonderfully unique, with such a great team behind it that I hope we have more and more acts to come.
Ambrosia Sky is a first-person sci-fi immersive sim where you return to an asteroid colony overrun by hostile alien fungus. You explore abandoned stations, clean and harvest different fungal strains with a chemical sprayer, upgrade your tools, and uncover what happened to the people who lived there. The story is currently being released in acts, with Act One available now. Pros ✔️ Power washing sim with a sci-fi twist - Cleaning the fungus is satisfying on its own, but different strains can burn, shock, or trap you, so sometimes your relaxing cleanup suddenly becomes an actual fight to survive a chain reactiom. ✔️ The story knows how to say what it needs - It manages to build up the colony and what happened without burying you in endless dialogue or giant documents you have to stop and read every five minutes just small tidbits with maximum effect. ✔️ Fantastic art direction - A lot of sci-fi goes monochrome and sterile, but Ambrosia Sky uses bold colours throughout the environments and fungus without making the world feel cartoony. Cons ❌ The hidden collectibles are VERY hidden - I like having things to search for, but some of these felt impossible unless revisiting with certain upgrades ❌ Getting 100% clean can be frustrating - I would completely clean an area only to come back and suddenly it was no longer at 100%. Id resist and see massive areas I cleaned the first run looking like I never did a thing. ❌ I WANT MORE - Act One felt pretty short, especially when I was enjoying it this much. More acts are planned, but that mostly just leaves me impatient. Time sure flies when you are having fun I suppose. Conclusion This is not a game I think I would have picked from a quick glance, and now I'm kinda upset that I almost could have missed it. It somehow combines parts of games I already love into something that can be action packed one minute and weirdly comfy the next. Apparently cleaning up deadly space fungus is my idea of relaxation now. And some of the scenes you get revisiting your old home just really tug at your heart. Score 8.5/10 Fungal Strains - I came to clean up the colony and ended up wishing there was even more mess left behind.
