Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 26 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

After losing her mother to an ancient evil, Lili doesn’t want anything to do with her mother’s legacy of being a Guardian. However, when Lili rescues a Monk-in-training named Sadi, the latter urges her to revive the traditional partnership of Guardians and Monks and help him save their home from the mysterious corrupting Void.
But the world of Atarassia is a dangerous place, filled with monsters and obstacles spawned from the Void, all deadly to a reluctant and unprepared hero. Lili and Sadi will need to combine their wits, their wills, and their strength of arms and magic to defeat the Void’s corruption, and finally confront the god that took their families from them.

Story-wise it is Twilight, but the girl is manly, and man are femboish beta submale: manly girl that doesn't know what to do, doesn't want to do anything, but calls all the shots, also foolishly unleashed "vampire" that killed her own mother - meets femboish beta submale werewolf boy and they are going on epic adventure about extermination of black goo monsters. Gameplay-wise is okay, a bit dark souls-like goofy control. 5/10
A fun Zelda like, while I did encounter some minor bugs and the sound effects sometimes seem a bit off, it has hardly detracted from my overall enjoyment of the game and I'm very intrigued to see where the story goes from here.

Unfortunately sauceless. The Twilight Princess inspiration is clear and welcomed, but the combat is a clunky mess that can cause slowdown, the OST is poor, repetitive, and probably the game's worst enemy, and the backtracking is so beyond egregious that most of my nearly two hours with this game were running through places I'd been half a dozen times before, while nothing new was happening. The only pro is the voice acting, which puts me in mind of Avatar: The Last Airbender, and even then it's not particularly great, it's just better than everything else going on.
I'm always thrilled to discover indie games from italian developers. I've only played Altheia Wrath of Aferi for a few hours but it feels already promising, both in terms of gameplay and narrative. The worldbuilding seems rich and intriguing, and I absolutely love the zelda-miyazaki vibes!
Love a game with this much to explore, especially when the world really feels lived-in. Plus, the art style is gorgeous - it's a pleasure just to run about and look around sometimes. Puzzles can be a serious challenge but success always feels earned, as do story beats as the characters learn more about what's going on. Overall: cheerful, fun, doesn't skimp on challenging dungeons. Would recommend.
Decent but buggy
I can at least change my review now that the game breaking bug I experienced is fixed and I can review the actual game. It's fine. The overall story is a bit derivative, the gameplay is simple but it gets the job done. Made by a very small team and that's always respectable. Puzzles are pretty decent, combat and exploration are relatively barebones and the game is overall linear. This is fine, it's got a story to tell and nothing overstays its welcome. It's got its share of quirk and clunk, but nothing egregious beyond bugs and those seem to be getting fixed.
A nice experience! Altheia: The Wrath of Aferi is a small italian indie game that reminds me of older PS2 Action Adventure titles, one made much more recently. The game's first few hours are a bit weak, but it managed to grow on me. The gamelay and the storyline are well made; they both start very simplistic but eventually do evolve meaningfully through the adventure. Artistically the game is very pretty, tho few bugs across the advenute were hard to ignore. Overall Altheia is an "alright" experience; a charming passion project that made me go back to the 2000s gaming.
