9/10 4 different kinds of sokoban in a zen atmosphere. What is it: A sokoban-style game. You play as one of four statues, each with a different ability, trying to reach the "enlightenment" exit spot. The Norn can extend and retract 2 arms, one in the horizontal and one in the vertical directions. The Burdened does the same, but instead of continuous arms, it just extends the palms it can rest on. The Guard is electromagnetic and can stick to cubes of metal to extend its body. And finally, the Burdened always moves two squares away, and can leave behind one shadow statue. Other than the avatar mechanics, there are other interesting things in the environment: doors that open when a button is pressed, spikes that only let you pass once, blocks that need to be placed in certain spots, walls and holes, slippery surfaces... How hard is it: Moderate to slightly hard. Although the levels are not obvious and do require some thinking, I never spent a lot of time on a level trying to discover a new and interesting way to use the tools I have, instead it's mostly finding the right moves using the clear mechanics. How long is it: 85 levels in 4 parts, for about 4-8 hours of playtime. Multiple levels can be unlocked at a time, although there are a few linear paths that require solving all of the previous levels to advance, and there are no hints or level skipping. Level design: Great. The levels are bunched 2-4 under a bell, all with a similar vibe, but each bell feels different. Even on the rare occasion when two levels are very similar, a slight change makes a big difference in the way it's solved. Quality: Very good. Unlimited undo even through resets, pleasant graphics (although I found it less obtrusive with shadows disabled), a good amount of settings, decent progress achievements, cloud saving, fast and responsive. Non-rebindable controls, no mid-level saving. Worth the price: Yes. Most positive aspect for me: Four different mechanics to play with. Most negative aspect for me: The decor sometimes occludes the play area. What would make it better: Progress reset or multiple save slots. Better art for the statues, they are a bit like blobs of no discernible shapes on a small screen. Keep the shadows and lamps off the play area. Allow turning the level to get a better view from a different side. Played this again after the four years since it came out. I rarely play games for a second time, only the ones that leave a lasting inimitable impression. Really adds its own interesting twist to the Sokoban genre, while being very tightly designed. There are various main 'characters' who have their own peculiar movement mechanics, lending themselves to some very unique and fun solutions. Levels range from easy (introductory) to quite perplexing. I think the game could have done without the 'introductory' levels and just jumped straight into the meat and potatoes but the later levels do get quite involved so some would say the intro's are necessary. The environment and character design is some of the most interesting I've ever seen in a puzzle game, A melting pot of alien, philosophical, ancient and dreamlike vibes - all the while seeming very cohesive and deliberate. The soundscape is thoughtful and zen, lovely yet curious trills, gongs, chimes and eastern-sun ambience. There's a genuine artistic result here, well earned and not present in most puzzle games; It's worth playing for this uniqueness alone.
A very underrated puzzle game in the Sokoban-like genre. Offers a bunch of creative ideas and twists. Also very nice vibes and soundtrack, peaceful and satisfying puzzle game.
Love this game. It's 4 Sokoban variants, that all make you really think about the puzzle in a different way. The fall colors are very nice too.

Challenging puzzles. Very well made game.
Wow, Altered is a hidden gem. It was on my wishlist for a long time, but I waited for no reason. I just binged a few levels. Brilliant mechanics. -80% is criminal. Go get it.
Played on Steam Deck. Beautiful experience, perfect Sokoban because it's the tightrope of just difficult enough without trying to be mind-bendingly challenging. There is a little wiggle room to move is most stages so they don't feel claustrophobic and solutions are move-perfect. No mechanics overstays its welcome in a shorter playtime that feels good to complete.
Herausfordernd und spaßig.
