Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 13.14/day in the week to Jul 30 → 19.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

tres bien
Hammer Spiel <3

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

hermoso juego, es mi infancia lo amo!!!1!
I've loved this game since I was a kid and first got it on a whim on my old Xbox 360, so of course I was eager to get it on my pc for only $1 a few years later (it was on sale). The aesthetic is still top tear, the graphics are great for now, let alone 2011, but that being said I know it has a few flaws. I'm someone who, if I love a game, will 100% replay it. With Alice, I have been trying to 100% it since I first got it. While some of that is a skill issue of 10-11 year old me years ago, replaying it now is smooth for the most part but gets dull eventually. I simply love this game, so I will replay it a bunch of times to try to 100% it now, but I take breaks in-between simply because I fully know the story already, and puzzles can get repetitive or even frustrating. I also have experienced a few game breaking glitches which I hadn't experienced at all until getting the pc version. It is also frustrating that there is no access to the ultimate addition, and therefore no way to play American McGee's Alice (which is also awesome, go check it out if you can find it somewhere). Still, I definitely think this game is worth the $10 it asks for and I would've been willing to pay full price if it didn't happen to be on sale. This is a game I truly think everyone should play at least once, and I'm happy to have grown up with it. The visuals are stunning, the music is top tear, and it's a story that will stay with you for years to come.
