No revenue estimate for the App Store: Apple publishes no install counts, and its star-rating counts don't calibrate to sales the way Steam's written reviews do. Reviews and prices only.
Somebody took the office sourdough starter. Everyone has an alibi. Almost everyone. Alibi serves one small mystery a day: a two-line case, a handful of clues, and a logic grid. Cross off what cannot be true, tick what must be, cross-reference the pairs, and when you can name the culprit and their trail, stamp the verdict. CASE CLOSED. FOLDED OR OPEN On iPhone Duo, Alibi plays on the outer display as it does on any iPhone. Unfold the phone and the case file opens across the inner display like a book, with the board on the left page, the clues on the right and nothing to tap on the crease. When you name the culprit, the charge sheet takes the facing page, so your board stays beside it. The desk, Past Case Files, every casebook, the verdict and the training file spread across both pages as well, and a case you fold shut halfway through picks up on the outer display with every mark in place. THE DAILY RHYTHM Monday is gentle. The week firms up. Saturday is a five-suspect stretch, and Sunday adds a fourth category for the long read. There are 168 daily cases on file, and Past Case Files reach back months from the day you install. Each monthly casebook holds 31 cases, and four seasonal casebooks visit the desk between mid-October and February. No timers, anywhere. A case takes about as long as a cup of tea. FAIR PLAY, PROVEN Every case has exactly one solution, reachable by pure step-by-step deduction. No guessing, ever. Our generator proves it before a case ships. A PROPER CASE FILE Each case opens as a manila folder. The board sits on the folder, the clues sit on a ruled evidence sheet, and filing a clue crosses it off the page. The accusation report writes itself from your board. QUIET BY DESIGN Paper and ink looks in daylight, after dark, and true-black Blackout. Gentle haptics, soft procedural sounds, and the silent switch always wins. Offline entirely; nothing measured, nothing collected. THE ALIBI BUREAU Today's case and the last week are always free, and so is the first case of every monthly casebook, and of every seasonal casebook while it is in season. The Bureau opens the full archive, every casebook, and unlimited hints: £8.99 a year with a free first week, or £19.99 once, yours forever. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS The Alibi Bureau is available as an auto renewing annual subscription at £8.99 per year, with the first week free, or as a one time purchase of £19.99.
