Muy bueno , muy desafiante y con muchas estrategias que se pueden aplicar al jugar , coleccionando personajes y habilidades diferentes .
Very, very rough soul with lots of potential.
Pros: + amazing art style + sexy girls + charming writing + TONS of characters, most with unique skills + lots of possibilities for build crafting Cons: - laughably easy for 90% of it, only gets challenging right before the very end, this game desperately needed a hard mode - very few music tracks, that get grating REALLY fast; I understand that they took all the sounds and music from stock libraries, but I’ve played RPGmaker games with much better sounding soundtracks, that also had a larger track variety, and those all used stock sounds and music as well - awful SFX, same as above - poor voice acting with many voices sounding muffled, and some changing pitch mid cutscene - terrible menus that are a pain to navigate once you acquire a larger amount of heroes/skills, finding specific heroes and skills becomes a chore later on in the game - 4 character slots are not enough for how big the roster is, an option to rotate characters in and out, in the style of Dragon Quest or similar RPGs, would've been great - no option to save skill loadouts for characters - 200 maximum skill storage is too low - some bugs, I had to quit two fights because they wouldn’t end and had to restart my game once because fusing items wasn’t working - the game just kind of ends, you just get booted back to the map menu after the final boss, with no new missions or anything of the sorts unlocked, and the credits roll you have to activate manually (which I thought was really funny, intentional or not) I really, really hope that there will be an Akumi Wars 2. I feel like, if they made another game and applied everything they’ve learned with this one, or just worked on this some more, they could make something amazing.
This is a fun mainly easy going way to spend time. A value for money game. My experience was pick it up, complete it and onto next game with happy memories. I enjoyed the irrelevant party banter, but of fun that’s the tone all the way Difficultly was very easy on the 1st map, with a couple of fights where I had to think. 2nd more of the same with a coupe more thinking fights. 3rd had to have the right equipment, 4th hardest map of all, had to have the right party with the right equipment and strategy. Couple of very hard fights. 4th easier than 3rd. Last map bit harder than 4th. I did all this without runes for the extra challenge. Music, some really good tunes. Tracks that you can constantly listen to and enjoy without being distracting, they can be tuned out. The game has improved with patches. I spent a loot of time grinding money which was boring (most efficient way involved clicking 3 times in about 30sec), Now there are lottery tickets so you don’t have to do that any more. It also removed the wasted time of going to a lower level to heal to save money. Upgrade shop was added to map 1. Previously you had to wait to long to upgrade Minor issue I have, the shops have a refresh timer and can have different prices on same items, scrolling between the shops every 30 min is time wasting and boring as you have to go to each map and back. Would be nice to have a way to search all discovered shops from 1 screen. Medium issues - I found it difficult to tell the difference of what goes into slots 2&3 which was a particular pain when choosing what to buy when money was limited or boring to get. Instead of both being hexagons why wasn’t one a square? - should be a way to permanently show turn order instead of having to click ? UI could do with a way to show more options permanently instead of via a separate menu. - I didn’t use effect stats as I didn’t know what impact it would have. Doing damage now is always preferable to increase or decrease to unknown effect. Example increasing or decreasing a turn bar, what difference will it make is it a wasted turn? Major Issue – grinding which was removed with lottery tickets. I spent more time grinding money/healing than I did playing for fun. All in all I recommend this as a pleasant way to spend your time that's worth the price.
Good game. Two areas for improvement: 1. Combat could be more informative. Current experience can feel a bit arbitrary and frustrating. For example, enemies may take very much or very little damage for no apparent reason. Think you're about to win the fight? Psych! Suddenly for no reason, the enemy becomes invulnerable, resurrects their whole team, then takes several consecutive turns and you've lost. This would feel less cheated and contrived if these enemy abilities would somehow appear in the combat information. 2. Runes could be more informative. Currently they feel like gibberish. Each one has a letter and a percentage but all this noise seems to be effectively meaningless and not clearly related to what that particular rune actually does.
Very fun game, I love the voice, the animation, the art and... Akumi is so sexy. Sexy Mod pls ! xD
The artstyle, combat dynamics, music, and overall feel of this game are awesome! It's fun and action-packed, and the designs are cool and creative. Still has a few bugs to be worked out, but I'm overall enjoying it so far! Keep rocking Akumi!
I'll be the 49th review since I forgot to leave one since release Game good and fun play it and please release Adventure Quest Worlds Infinity
Juego divertido con algunos, problemas de balanceado en algunos duelos, peor en general te da las herramienas para poder superarlos. Me hubiera gustado saber del kickstarter para hace hahbe tenido mi propio caza recompensas
I think this game is pretty enjoyable, and it makes it easier to try and use other characters. Normally I just try to run with one group, but this really makes it where I have to try and find other combos to take on certain enemies.
quest and destroy your enemies in turn based combat very fun characters and good story to keep you engaged for an epic quest.
