The difficulty curve is well balanced, ensuring that the game is accessible to beginners, but also challenging enough for more experienced players. The attention to detail and passion of the developer (yes, Airanblade was entirely made by a single person) are evident in every aspect of the game. And two VERY important notes: Airanblade is NOT an Euroshmup, and it is also NOT a "vertizontal" shmup. In short, Airanblade is a must-play shmup, a love letter to the classics of the genre, but with modern innovations that elevate the gameplay experience. прикольный шмап, графика напоминает серию игр sky force, в игре всего 5 уровней, но зато они сложные, поверьте мне, я только осваиваюсь в этой игре, даже на сложности easy местами бывает трудновато... итог - отличный шмап, на который не жалко денег, рекомендую!

Nice explosions, nice 3d environments, good perception of enemy bullets, I don't think it's a bullet HEeLL, and I don't even like bullet hells lol, but they said it was easy, I'm bad as I am so, I don't think so rsrss. Goood Rom, Do More o//

Solid shoot em up all around. So glad to see the very clear visual distinction between enemy bullets and pickups. Enemy shots are mostly dark black and the collectibles are gold, easy to see so I don't end up try to grab enemy bullets or avoiding the coins being pulled towards me. Boss patterns are all really good. Changing movement speed is easy and feels good. Would be nice if the weapon upgrades scaled a little higher, feels like you get the power up three times and the weapon is already maxed. The loud crash after defeating a midboss and boss is insanely loud, pipes.mp3, and some other boss sound effects.

This runs on steamdeck! A good game, if you like raiden. Not so easy. You can change the movement speed while playing, with r1 and l1.

Airanblade had been languishing on my wishlist for a long time, mostly because I assumed from the art style, very low number of reviews, and low price that it was a janky (maybe Euro-ish) shmup. And the relatively blurry screenshots in the store contributed to that impression. Anyways, it's now Bulletfest, dozens of shmups on my wishlist to choose from, and Airanblade is 70% off so maybe it's finally time. I stumble across a reddit post of the solo dev struggling to drum up interest in the game and it seals the deal. Generosity gets the best of me . . . I can throw $2.69 his way. I load it up and am immediately surprised that the game is extremely POLISHED. Like professional-level polish. Looks great, extremely crisp in 4K (the screenshots way undersold it). Sounds good. Good pacing, patterns, ship movement, shooting. On a basic level, it "feels" better than Sky Force, which it looks almost exactly like. Only bad thing I have to say about it is that the weapons feel slightly underpowered. They max out a few levels before they should. There are no bombs. You don't have homing missiles. You don't have option ships following you around. The basic problem is that your ship should be topping out around Raiden or Giga Wing level in a game like this, but it doesn't quite get there. With some updates to add interest to the weapons, this game could be top-tier. As it is, it's still pretty good. Easily worth it, and I think even at full price it's a decent buy. The low review count isn't at all reflective of the quality, and there are tons of shmups that sold way more despite being not as good. Sometimes a good game just slips through the cracks for weird reasons.

AIRANBLADE offers a challenge that can drive us crazy, but it has settings that make it quite tolerable. However, even on Easy mode, it won't be easy to finish. The graphics are really nice and it runs well on my PC, which isn't great. I use an Xbox Series X to play. The animations are pretty cool, and the first boss is really well-done! I really liked the shield and the bullet time. The variety of weapons makes the game quite interesting, but it would be great if there was more progression. I'm addicted to building my own builds in games. Shmup RPG? Yes, please! ANIMABOX is composed of just one person. As animações são bem legais, o primeiro boss ficou muito bom! Gostei muito do escudo e do bullet time. A variação de armas deixa o jogo bem interessante, mas seria bom que tivesse uma progressão maior. Eu sou viciado em montar build nos meus jogos. Shmup RPG? Sim, gostaria! A ANIMABOX é composta por um total de uma pessoa. Isso significa que os gráficos, as músicas, os efeitos sonoros e toda a programação foram feitos por uma única pessoa e saber disso deixa tudo ainda mais incrível.
