Phobos Down

[b]Phobos Down[/b] is a simple twin stick shooter with straightforward gameplay and very satisfying combat. The weapons and enemies are very well balanced and the sound design is superb [i](my ears for some reason really love the "pops" and "squishes" when projectiles impact the enemies)[/i]. The objective of the game is pretty simple - survive hordes of hostile lifeforms while keeping as many shipping containers untouched as possible. Which actually isn't as easy as it sounds! While the game is still a bit barebones [i](since it's still in early access)[/i], the core gameplay feels very polished. It's fun evading the enemies, blowing them to pieces, and watch your score go up [i](which you can then proudly showcase in a public scoreboard built into the game)[/i]. The game also features weapon upgrade system, which I think could use some improvements, but overall it's well-done. I think [b]Phobos Down[/b] has a lot of potential. [b]FRACTiLE Games[/b], who is just [i]one[/i] person, seems to be very active and engaged in its development. Even in its current state I think the game is well-worth the asking price. I wish the developer the best of luck and I'm looking forward to the future content updates to this cool game!

Well made and enjoyable quick game. Some info screen of game basics would be nice to avoid doing all the mistakes to learn.

This twin-stick shooter has a great potential to become maybe second greatest game in the world. Been beta testing it many times before early access.

Vaikuttaa ihan ok peliltä näin erittäin aikaisessa early access vaiheessa. Vajaan tunnin verran meni tätä kirjoittaessa pelin "kampanjan" (6 aluetta) läpäisyyn. Itselle näppäimistö ja hiiri oli huomattavasti parempi ohjaustuntuma kuin ohjaimen kanssa sekä helpompi oli saada osumia.
