I believe there is no better example to demonstrate how perfect the "rail shooter" genre mixes with VR, it is crazy to remember all the times playing "TIME CRISIS" and similar games like "VIRTUA COP" or "HOUSE OF THE DEAD" at the arcade, and today I find myself literally inside the game literally dodging bullets and shooting like crazy. A must play if you enjoy shooter style games in VR, hope to see more like this in the future!

A good and simple vr game. Dual pistols and you're taken through a series of level where enemies pop out in preset locations and you dodge while returning fire. Very fun if you're a fan of old zapper games because the guns look, feel, and work very well for the gameplay. Similar to pistol whip in it's gameplay but different in others (You can't melee in this & no aim assist). Although the game does use ai voices (With very poor grammar) that aren't so great to listen to, I liked the gameplay loop enough to not really be bothered by it. The graphics are also very appealing to look at, very colorful, vibrant, and good quality. The performance is also very good even when a lot is going on, though my main complaint with the game after beating it would be that it could use more content or have something like pistol whip has and allow players to make their own maps. Though it seems that the ingame menus imply more content is on the way so I am looking forward to that.

日本語レビューが無かったため詳細に書きます。 日本語未対応英語のみですが、そもそも読むべきものがほぼ無く英語自体も簡単な単語ばかりなので日本人ユーザーでも問題ないと思います。 [h3]・概要[/h3] 「タイムクライシス」「ハウス・オブ・ザ・デッド」などに代表されるアーケード・ガン・レールシューティング、要するにゲーセンの銃型コントローラーで遊ぶアレをVRに落とし込んだ作品です。 特に「タイムクライシス」をかなりリスペクトしているようです。 ゲーム部分は単純明快で ・ステージを進み（進行は自動）、至るところから現れる敵を銃（コントローラー）で狙って攻撃する。 ・弾切れになったら銃を下に向けてリロード。VRゲームによくあるマガジンを出し入れして初弾を装填……みたいな操作はありません。 ・敵の射撃を頭に受けるとダメージを受けてしまうので、頭を動かして避ける。 基本はこれだけです。 ギミックとして一定時間内に何かを狙ったり、要人を担いでいて視界が少し狭かったりなどありますが最終的にやるべきことはこの3つだけです。 [h3]・良ポイント[/h3] ・ロケーションがしっかりしている 旅客機内やホワイトハウスなど、ステージがそれぞれロケーションに合わせてしっかり作られており、ただプレイしているだけで楽しいようになっています。 ・このジャンルならではの隠しアイテムのシステム 回復・収集アイテムが進行の途中に隠されており、射撃することで入手できます。 収集アイテムは集めるとマシンガン等の新武器やコスメティックアイテムが解禁されていきます。 ・練習場あり エイム練習に使えるステージが用意されています。レーザーポインターの有無、的の挙動やサイズも設定できます。 「H3VR」ほど本格的なガンシミュレーターをプレイするほどの気分じゃない、カジュアルに銃を触りたい時にも使えます。 ・グラフィック 敵のグラフィックについて、フルアーマー兵士や軽装備のベレー帽、刀持ちのアサシンなど多々あり、基礎の基礎がシンプルな分プレイヤーを飽きさせないこだわりがしっかり詰め込まれています。 共通して赤いゴーグルを身に着けているので視認性も配慮しています。倒せば即ゴーグルが外れるのも良いポイント。 「タイムクライシス」風の若干ポップなグラフィックですが、そちらと違って軽い出血・欠損表現が有り爽快感はより増しています。 [h3]・良くない点[/h3] ・難易度が高すぎる ステージによって時間制限のあるセクションがあり、これがシビアだと感じます。 特に後述のヘッショのみ受け付ける重装甲エネミーが全編通して難易度を高くしています。 最終盤は凄まじく難易度が高く、難易度イージーでもかなり困ります。 難易度イージーよりさらに簡単なモード、もしくは「Pistol Whip」のように詳細な難易度設定が出来たらいいなと思います。 ・頭を動かす回避について 個人的にこれはあまり好みではありません。 「Pistol Whip」でも思ったことですが、これに真面目に向き合おうとすると「新パルテナ」みたいにぐるぐる頭を回し続けることになり、結果としてはこちらのエイムはまずブレます。これと胴体無敵・ヘッショのみで倒せる重装甲エネミーやQTEは凄まじく相性が悪くストレスが溜まります。 そもそも敵弾が急に正面から迫ってきて、避ける手段が頭を動かすというのは生理的な不愉快さがあります。 本家「タイムクライシス」のようにボタン切り替えでカバー、最中は無敵でもいいんじゃないかと思います。 また、これはVR酔いに弱い方にも親切ではありません。 ・視認性が完璧ではない 敵の居場所がわかりにくいシーンもあります。 また、全方位から敵が襲撃してくるシーンもあり、どこから敵が来るみたいな警告表示もないので不親切さが極まっています。 全編通して敵の出現アラートを実装してほしいところです。 [h3]・総評[/h3] 大小諸々含めてリスペクト元であろう「タイムクライシス」をかなり意識していることが伺えます。 しかもちゃんとクオリティも高いです。 一方で不親切な部分はとにかく不親切です。 これからプレイする人は難易度イージーで進めるべきだと思うし、開発者は難易度調整をするべきだとも思います。 個人的にはレールシューティングはVRヘッドセットと相性がいいジャンルだと思っていて、類似のゲームが増えていくことを願うばかりです。 オススメです。デモ版もありますし、VRを持っているユーザーはぜひ検討してみてください。

preeeetty good. the best vr time crisis clone i've tried so far. gunplay feels good. game is fairly easy then the end bosses are a bit of a difficulty spike. i play on normal/hard and try for s ranks, but if you like to chill in these games you will have a hard time with the bosses.

Muy divertido el juego. Lo encontre al buscar un juego parecido al arcade de time crisis. Para jugar en quest 3 batallé con que se me cerraba, pero encontre solución en la comunidad.

With Valve index and many attempts to change anything on my end, the game reads my headset as though I am 10 feet in the air. There's no setting to recalibrate which sucks massively.

Its VR Time Crisis. I only wish there was multiplayer

Wow 10/10 light gun action, best arcade gameplay i've had in years, most VR games of this genre that i have enjoyed, pale in comparison. hats of to the dev. don't sleep on this. it will be a go to show piece of what a good game can do for VR. Time Crisis & House of the Dead hit. JUST NEED MORE
